I have an on demand water heater (Rinnai) that was acting up (being noisy) and needed a routine service plus a leaky bathroom faucet that needed to be fixed. Daniel was my service tech and called me when he was about 10 minutes out and arrived promptly. He was excellent! He pulled out all the essential parts and thoroughly inspected and cleaned them. I have to say I can barely even hear it when it kicks on now! My leaky faucet was done quickly and no more dripping. I appreciate the promptness and heads up/confirmation of arrival time as some places just give a several hour window they will arrive in. My time is valuable and I appreciate that it is respected. One of the few businesses that responded when I described what we needed - a new toilet replacement and a new lavatory basin and faucet installed for the last portion of our bathroom remodel. Talked to Daniel on Monday and he was out the next day. Did a flawless job with the installation and did it much faster than I expected. A totally professional job that finally got our bathroom back in functioning order, and he cleaned the work area up when he finished which is something some of the other contractors didn't bother with. Our A/C was leaking water inside the garage and I left a message Friday morning before the Fourth of July and got a call back within a couple of hours.
