The guys who work for this company are amazing ... so friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and capable! They loaned me heaters to keep me warm when my hot water boiler went out. They are wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have an older Lennox Pulse Furnace that was installed in 1987. Structurally it is like new…read morebecause when it was originally installed it was done correctly and placed on a stand to keep it away from moisture. Ten years ago I had an issue and called the number left on the inside of the unit which was a mistake as the techs didn't know what they were doing. I eventually found a tech who fixed it. Fast forward to today, 03/05/2019, ten years later and my furnace isn't cycling properly again. I dreaded finding a new technician. I was given Al Ray's number by a friend who had used them before. He highly recommended them. I contacted them by email and let them know I had a wood stove so a call back on Monday would be fine. They called me promptly on Monday and drove to my remote location that afternoon. There are two Al's. Al Ray senior and Al Ray jr. Both are literal geniuses at diagnostics. What they found was that the techs who worked on my furnace ten years ago had installed a new limit switch and had cut a corner in doing so. Where the power wires plugged into the switch the techs forgot to tin the ends so the twist in the copper wire doesn't untwist loosening the connection causing a minor voltage drop. Basically, sloppy workmanship. Over a ten year period the twist in the copper wires had loosened which caused the problem. Al and Al retwisted the ends of the wires, tinned them(solder)and fixed the problem. They also found a few other issues that weren't done correctly and fixed those before they could cause any problems. All of this for $261.00 These guys are excellent.

Without warranted cause the owner threatened me stating he would get law enforcement involved without allowing me to rectify the issue. I told the owner that I gave them the check four months ago and have been looking for the charge since then. But the owner states he tried to cash it a month after I sent it and is just now realizing the issue. Even after I told him I could pay him now without issue he doubled down and insulted me. I was very happy with the work his employee did, and his employee even made it known that they were short on work so he appreciated the call. Now I will never use his business again because of his terrible customer service. He was not professional in any way and was very rude. Do not use this company if you want respectable people to help you. The information posted below by the owner is a lie because I had the work done in early December per my receipt. It's unbecoming of an owner to try to make his customer look bad for his own benefit.

I finally reached my cold tolerance and called for service; I called Wellman based off of other reviews I read online. I received prompt service, within an hour of calling, Pedro was at my house. He quickly found the problem, the valve that circulates the water from my baseboard heating was turned off. He also checked the thermostat to make sure it was wired correctly, and made sure my pump was running correctly (he did say if I neglected this for much longer, I could have burned out my pump). He was very thorough, and my heat started working immediately. I appreciate that he took the time to make sure I wouldn't have any other issues, and it was a very reasonably priced service call. Had I known it would be an easy and inexpensive fix I would have called months ago. Thank you so much!
