They also replaced some of my vinyl siding and metal trim, it was very hard to find someone who was proficient and willing to do so but Aaron pulled through. He communicates well, shows up on time, goes over every piece of work they've done with you to make sure you're happy with everything; if you aren't he will make sure you are. I also asked him to let me know if he saw any other things that might need work, he saw a few things, explained what was going on and what the options would be. He did not try to up-sell me whatsoever or try and convince me to do them with any type of pressure. After getting quotes from 4 people, he wasn't the highest, he also wasn't the cheapest (a good thing IMO) but he was one of the few insured companies, knew what he was talking about, and got the job done on time. I'll definitely be having him out to install some new doors come springtime.

I was looking for a handyman that could maybe put up the same tile I had and do a patch job. After I contacted Dennis Roop, the owner of Unique Solutions, he came right out, but my job was a bit more involved. He showed me and explained there was quite a bit of water damage on the interior walls that caused a mold issue. A much better solution was offered with totally redoing the insert with modern looking tile, a shower niche and a colorful mosaic to add some color. What a wonderful transformation it was ! This lead me to redo my main bathroom shower area as well. He was very respectful in keeping the construction minimal and both were done way beyond my expectation...all because of his eye for detail, suggestions, color choices as well as making sure the mold was not as issue for me.
