The one positive is that they didn't turn me away within having to deal with my very difficult insurance (full coverage) that had caused other body-shops to not want to handle my vehicle repair following an accident. With that being said save yourself the headache! After having my vehicle for 3 months to complete repairs, my paint is very clearly dripped as well as has an orange peal texture, various panels/ trim are not aligned, the trim is marked up with odd texture, the paint is now pealing around the trim where it was overworked, the hood is not aligned, and there is now what appears to be a pellet/ small caliber bullet indent/ paint damage that wasn't there previously. I complained and they gave me my $500 deductible back. However, upon taking it to the dealership for membership routine maintenance, I was informed that their poorly done work had deprivation my vehicles value by over $5000 easily, so I would've rather just paid my deductible and had my vehicle repaired correctly with integrity. Now, I'm stuck figuring out who to take it to that is trust worthy and cover the cost of fixing all of the work done out of pocket, verses the insurance finances they were paid to do the job to begin with. read more
