Dropped the truck off at my allotted time and was advised it would take a couple of hours...ready by 1PM and that I would receive a phone call when complete. At 2:17PM I called to check on progress...no answer. Drove to the shop at 2:45PM, and my truck was still sitting where I left it at 10AM with nothing done. Was told they were "backed up". No apology or attempt to rectify the situation, just an excuse that if I had taken my truck to a body shop I would have received the same type of service (!). Why schedule appointments if they're not going to be honored, or at the very least, call to advise and ask if I wanted to wait or reschedule? In addition to the dent removal I have a vehicle that needs tinting. After this experience, I certainly won't be using Dent Doctor.

The one positive is that they didn't turn me away within having to deal with my very difficult…read moreinsurance (full coverage) that had caused other body-shops to not want to handle my vehicle repair following an accident. With that being said save yourself the headache! After having my vehicle for 3 months to complete repairs, my paint is very clearly dripped as well as has an orange peal texture, various panels/ trim are not aligned, the trim is marked up with odd texture, the paint is now pealing around the trim where it was overworked, the hood is not aligned, and there is now what appears to be a pellet/ small caliber bullet indent/ paint damage that wasn't there previously. I complained and they gave me my $500 deductible back. However, upon taking it to the dealership for membership routine maintenance, I was informed that their poorly done work had deprivation my vehicles value by over $5000 easily, so I would've rather just paid my deductible and had my vehicle repaired correctly with integrity. Now, I'm stuck figuring out who to take it to that is trust worthy and cover the cost of fixing all of the work done out of pocket, verses the insurance finances they were paid to do the job to begin with.

I told them how when I had fur stuck in the rim/tire, blood and bone on my side step. I even showed them pics of the incident and they still didn't believe me. They told my insurance company that I hit a boulder(after the insurance approved the repairs). Mind you my deductible is only $100.(They said a lot of people have scammed the insurance company's out of $$$). This was during COVID when insurance adjusters didn't come out to look at it. They had video and pics. The shop demanded that the insurance company send an adjuster to look at the damage. He took one look and said do it. When it was finally done (4 weeks). I picked it up. After I left my driver side window was making a lot of noise when rolling it up and down. So, I went back the same day for them to look at it and they said it was off track. But it still make a clunk every once in a while.

You will get V if you don't. I was deceived horribly and wound up with my vehicle falling apart and parts bent and broken to be made to fit. This shop does not know how to do modern grille replacement, was surprised they were just snap together.
