Really bad customer service at this place. My wife and I went in there ready to buy and we put down an offer. We were told they had to contact the seller with our offer and would let us know when they received an answer. After three days and no news, we reached out. They said they weren't going to contact the seller unless we put money down. The salesman never said this was a requirement when we were there, he just gave us the option and simply said that not doing so would just keep it on the market for the other potential buyers in the meantime. So, we were waiting on a call that was promised that they had no intention of making. It was just a massive waste of time. This would have been our 4th RV purchase, all from different places...this was the worst experience we have had with service at a dealership. If you're buying your first RV, you can do much better. read more

Edited to add- not only did they not honor our appt (see below) but the work they did led to a major water leak in our motorhome around the washing machine. As soon as you turn on the water pump, water sprays everywhere. Since they are closed on Sunday and Monday, we will not have access to any water for at least 3 days. Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Accountability in the Service Department We scheduled an appointment a month in advance and dropped off our motorhome at 8:30 AM on the day of our appointment, specifically requesting a price quote before any work began. By 3:30 PM, we still hadn't received any updates, so we called--only to find out they hadn't even pulled it in to look at yet. My husband had to push hard and even go up there the next day just to get things moving. After speaking with the GM, we finally received pricing information in the afternoon of the second day. They assured us the work would be done by noon the following day. The most frustrating part? The actual work took less than a day. If they had honored our appointment, we wouldn't have been forced to spend extra money on an Airbnb while waiting. To top it off, when we picked it up, no one offered any apology or attempt to make things right. We really felt a lack of respect for our time and money. read more

Had the worst expierence with Tucker. Avoid this salesman. Tried stealing our deposit and force a sale even though we never signed anything. Had to dispute to get a refund. This entire RV dealership seems shady. Humphrey's RV is so much better. avoid this place!!! read more

We bought a used 2015 Evergreen Element 30FLS travel trailer from Brad Porter at Centennial RV. We live in Los Angeles and made the purchase remotely. Brad Porter was a great help and even gave us a virtual tour via FaceTime. He answered all of our questions, of which we had a lot. We drove all the way from LA to Grand Junction in one day to pick up our trailer, which was a bit of a risky move because what if something was wrong with it when we arrived? Thankfully, when we got there, the trailer was clean, everything had gone through their inspection and was in working order. We took it out dry camping that very day for 4 nights. We did notice the batteries are old, not keeping a charge, and need replacing, but I am not docking a star for that because I would expect 5 year old batteries to maybe need replacing. So when the toilet broke in our motor home while up in the San Juan mountains I called Centennial RV and talked with Brandon in the Parts department. He jumped on my problem and got the necessary unique parts delivered to me in a hurry. Two days from call to parts in hand ! Considering my distant location and current COVID 19 delivery issues this is outstanding customer support ! So when I upgraded from the F150 to a new F250 I needed a longer shank to lower the hitch head and ball for our travel trailer. Certainly that can't be a difficult thing to find. Well after spending 4 hours on the phone contacting every E-2 Hitch Dealer I could find, Joe at centennial RV was the man to produce. E-2 and every dealer starting on the east coast in Va. where we are and all the way to Colorado was out of stock... Thanks again Joe for having it in stock and being as accommodating as you were. I had a friend come into town with his fifth wheel for a visit. On his drive to Grand Junction he somehow bent the head plate and could not disconnect the trailer. We took the trailer to Centennial RV and the manager Brad Porter personally jumped right on the problem. The head plate was welded on to the hitch so Brad ground of the weld, found a used head plate and replaced it. He also inspected the roof found a tear and fixed it. a Couple hours later my friends fifth wheel was ready to go. Now this is some of the best service I have ever gotten from a dealer. Just looking for the money. I called with a hydraulic pump problem. I knew it just needed serviced. This place just wanted to charge me $2500 + labor to put in a new one. I was driving from Denver to Moab and was towing a little more that normal in my toy hauler, and was getting some shakes in the trailer. I was able to stop in and buy a friction stablizer and they were able to install right then and there. They were awesome, and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Great people, great service. We were from out of town and needed an escape hatch cover for our camper that had blown off. We purchased it and headed up to Glenwood Springs to visit a friend. Once my husband was able to fix it he realized it was the wrong size. He contacted Centennial RV and they said they'd take care of us. We went to Centennial to get some warranty work done on our Grand Design Fifth Wheel. We did not buy it there but the service was outstanding. We dealt with Sandra, the service manager and she was the most knowledgeable and nicest person we have ever dealt with. She went out of her way to accommodate us making sure parts were ordered & delivered timely. We live in our RV so it means a lot to us when someone is considerate of our time. Also the three things we needed replaced appears to have been done right the first time (unlike other dealers we have gone to). I highly recommend this dealership for service. read more

My wife and I bought a new camper from centennial rv in Grand Junction. We had a few issues that needed attention and brought it back to the dealership to be worked on. The service here is horrendous. We have taken it in 3 times and each time we get it back it is damaged by the service people. We never knew that we had to inspect the unit for new damage before hooking up and taking it home. Our new camper is all messed up inside and I am afraid it isn't worth what it should be due to inept "technicians". I would not recommend buying a camper at this dealership to anyone. read more

The worst experience we have ever had, we spent every weekend for three month between Centennial RV and another local dealer and had dropped our choices down to 2 one at each location. We decided we wanted the Imagine 2670mk and were excited about it until we put our money down to save the RV while our credit was approved. The sales man immediately gave us the shocked, and We aren't going to be able to this with a credit score less then 700 and a bankruptcy (mind you it is 9 plus years and we haven't missed a payment on anything since) after actually getting approved the sales man sent a screen shot of 3 options for us to go with, no personal not or phone call and when my husband called him back he said we probably wouldn't want to do any of them. Our decision not his, he made it all out like he didn't want us to buy from them, it was rude and we didn't care what the interest was, we have gone to the other dealer and getting the other RV just as expensive and as nice with super customer service. Its a shame to be treated like dirt by someone that thinks he is better than you, we knew we should have went with the other dealer based on customer service. Centennial RV may have some great sales men but the one we had, has left a nasty taste for the company. its a shame that we had to change our plans, but we are actually much Happier with our decision. I can't even begin to tell you how happy we are with Centennial RV and their responsive customer service. My wife and I spent a couple of years debating brands, doing research, and getting pushed around by various dealers on pricing. I made it a point to call Brad (the owner) directly simply because I didn't want the run around again. He was happy to help and gave us a no haggle price we couldn't turn down. I knew he was genuine with his numbers because we had a dealer the week before try to sell us a year older model, with hail damage, for more than he was asking for a brand-new trailer, literally direct from the manufacture with our name on it. The whole team at Centennial RV was welcoming, and knowledgeable. Being new to travel trailers, and the internal working systems, they answered every question I had and more. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this firm in the future, and would be happy to direct all friends their direction. I can't speak to any warranty work at this time, but the service department that set up our trailer and hitch for delivery were prompt and did clean work. I will update review when I have service completed. It's also worth noting our TT is a Grand Design Imagine 2600RB and we honestly couldn't be happier with the layout and quality of the unit. read more

Bought a new Dutchman Voltage RV that needed an adjustment. I contacted Dutchman who recommended taking it to Centennial since they are a licensed Retailer and would do the warranty work. I contacted Centennial to schedule an appointment and the lady in service said that they would do the work, however since I bought the RV from another dealer they would charge me and that I would have to try to get Dutchman to pay me back. She explained that they don't do warranty work for people that buy elsewhere unless they pay out of pocket. I contacted Dutchman again and explained this to the company and the gentleman said that they was not supposed to do this. When I was looking at RV's this dealer was thousands higher than other dealers. I have bought Harley's,Chevrolets,Fords and many other vehicles and have never been told that don't honor their own companies warranty. Shame on you crooks at Centennial. read more

Heads up RV owners. There are several quality RV repair shops in Grand Junction CO and Centennial is NOT one of them. I took my RV in for repair last winter. Centennial asked me if I had a limit on the cost I could pay for the work. I told them my limit and the final bill magically came in $.01 under my limit. Centennial did the bare minimum. Nothing more. Water lines were not replaced, trim removed for the repair was not re-attached, wiring work was sub-standard...on and on.When I told them I was not satisfied with their work given the cost of repair the sales woman lectured me on having my a (supposed) bad attitude and told me I needed to increased my trust level with people. What a joke. I did not go to Centennial for a lecture on my attitude. I went to Centennial to have my RV repaired. My suggestion to readers: there are small, hungry, sincere RV repair shops in Grand Junction; take your business to one of them, not to Centennial. read more
