He offered practical solutions like chicken wire and expanding spray foam (typically used for insulation). He asked me if neighbors were setting out poison because he saw several dead critters in my crawl space. It turns out, a week later I did see a poison trap set up a few houses away from me. His down to earth approach on problem solving resonated with me. There's no black and white answer when you have rodents. Ryan was very patient and made sure I understood all of the options.
