We were looking to upgrade our kitchen sink and faucet, but our problem was that our sink cutout was custom. New sinks wouldn't fit without making a few cuts to our countertop. The plumbers we contacted were either really busy or really expensive (meaning they wouldn't want to do it unless it's really worth their time). His rate was competitive and it was a flat rate for the job. Through our correspondence, Elijah even downloaded the cutout template of the new sink to give us an estimate how much would be cut and what his rate would be for making the cut. On the day of the job, he came in prepared and he was very respectful of our time and space. Called Alberto and him and his brother came earlier than I expected. He inspected my pipes and showed me that part of the pipe was broken from water being backed up in it and had to be replaced. He quickly went to the hardware store, got the new part and replaced it. He also snaked my line clear. He knew that I had low income and took care of my Mom so he charged me the least amount that he could. He didn't charge me for labor. I was very greatful. He explained that the entire pipe and garbage disposal were very old and worn and would eventually need to be replaced and he suggested how to get it done for the least amount. My parents-in-law had a toilet that wasn't draining properly, a semi-emergency since it's the only toilet in their small condo. It was already late in the day, but I found QP Plumbing and messaged them and they were able to have a plumber out early the next morning. Leo was the plumber who visited and he did a lot of troubleshooting: first with a plunger, then an auger, then removing the toilet to inspect the trap and the drain pipe. In the end, we determined that the toilet should be replaced because of its age, and Leo took care of buying a new toilet, installing it, and hauling the old one away. He recommended a toilet that's elongated and slightly higher, which was a great option for our elderly parents with reduced mobility. Leo also replaced the wax ring and flange bolts and caulked the new toilet well. He took the time to do the job right, and the price was quite reasonable. And the new toilet is a huge improvement over the old one. Thanks QP for the quality work and for giving our parents one less thing to have to worry about!

He mentioned that hydro jetting will probably be the next step within the next few months or before the end of the year, which honestly made sense. I'm pretty sure the previous owners poured grease down the drain over the years and didn't maintain the house very well. He also explained that pipe replacement may eventually be needed down the line, which I actually appreciated because it gives us time to prepare and start saving for that process. Another thing I found really helpful was his suggestion to purchase extra flooring planks now while they're still available, since matching flooring years later can be difficult if pipes ever need to be accessed under the floor. Overall, it was a great experience. Very informative, honest, and no pressure or unnecessary upselling. I appreciated the transparency and will definitely use them again
