Montebello Autocraft did an amazing job with our car. Unfortunately we had an attempted break in of our car but they were recommended by our insurance company which turned out to be one of the happier things to happen. They were very professional and polite and just like they promised got a hold of me the next day to let me know they had ordered the parts needed. I thought it was going to be the same as taking it to the dealer and have it for two weeks but a day and a half later we had it back with everything working properly and they even cleaned it up for us. So if you want reliable and professional service give them a try because I don't think you'll be disappointed. As far as value I'm not sure of the cost because it was taken care of by our insurance so you'll have to do a little research on that because there was no out of pocket expense for us. I dropped off my Car on April 28th. The repair did there job in the Cost. They send to the Insurance company. On May 9th the insurance company said it would take 3 to 4 to get the check. On May 11th I Barrowed the money from family and friends, paid the bill and the car was Finished on May 14th. So I will tell you this if my car gets hit again I will definitely return. I had my car repaired last year around March. At first i didn't notice much until i began to spot certain areas of the unfinished damages. The front of ny hood can out uneven with the latch not fitting properly, the front bumper not placed right in the area where a slight hole sticks out, &the headlamps not even being properly placed so my headlights needed to be fixed. I hear front suspension rattle noises. This body shop keeps it focused on being a "looker" than rather having honest repairs. Seeing how many body-men&painters they have staffed don't fully do the work 100%. "Henry Gonzalez" really played the part to screw my vehicle over. If anyone does read this review, from experience spend your insurance funds at another body shop that will take great car to your vehicle. My fiancé and I were driving home from our vacation in San Diego when we got into a car accident on HWY 5 that totaled our car. We live in Santa rosa, about an hour north of San Francisco. Stressed out about the situation we were in, we got off at the first exit we could to check around some auto shops. We drove around to a few near by that we found on yelp, but were no help what so ever. We then drove down the street & found Autocraft, hoping to find some sort of solution. The guys working in the office were nothing but a huge help. They were kind, calming & offered us water right away. They gave advice, and even tried calling their rental car service for us. they also allowed us to sit in their waiting room (and were not pushy to get us to leave at all) while we figured things out with our insurance agencies. Although we were not looking for a car repair, i am unsure on the quality of work they provide for car body work, but I'd recommend them for their excellent customer service.
