I had a great experience with Montebello AutoCraft after bringing in my 2022 Toyota Highlander following a collision. They made the whole process easy and kept me updated every step of the way. Communication was great, they answered all of my questions, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The repairs were also done quickly, and my Highlander looks amazing--you would never know it had been in an accident! Hopefully I never have to come back because I definitely don't want another accident , but if I ever need repairs again, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back. Definitely recommend them! read more

Took my new used 2024 Lexus ES in for an estimate on 2 deep scratches on the drivers side. The owner Varuuj personally went to look at it and told me it could be buffed out and that it was was not worth wet sanding and color matching the paint. He buffed it for free in about 10 minutes. Was very honest and with the buff its barely noticeable. Thanks for the honest advice. Rare now in days. The shop will have my future business read more

Customer service is great!!! I took my car once again to Montebello Autocraft due to a cracked windshield. Bo took care of reaching out to the insurance and I just waited for his call. When Bo called he told me Lalo would follow up with the repair. Next day Lalo called and came and replaced my windshield. It was so very easy to work with Montebello Autocraft. I hope my family and friends don't ever need a repair shop but if they do I have and will recommend the repair shop to all of my family and friends. read more

The whole Montebello Autocraft team has great customer service and attitude. Sadly my car was vandalized and I had no other choice but to file a claim. They fixed my car in less time than anticipated. Communication and pricing throughout the process was clear and fair for the quality of the work. They even washed my vehicle upon finishing. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Thank you again Montebello Autocraft Team! read more

Montebello Autocraft did an amazing job with our car. Unfortunately we had an attempted break in of our car but they were recommended by our insurance company which turned out to be one of the happier things to happen. They were very professional and polite and just like they promised got a hold of me the next day to let me know they had ordered the parts needed. I thought it was going to be the same as taking it to the dealer and have it for two weeks but a day and a half later we had it back with everything working properly and they even cleaned it up for us. So if you want reliable and professional service give them a try because I don't think you'll be disappointed. As far as value I'm not sure of the cost because it was taken care of by our insurance so you'll have to do a little research on that because there was no out of pocket expense for us. Again thank you to Montebello Autocraft for taking care of us. read more

I was in a car accident that completely side swept my mercedes C300 causing my front bumper to be ripped off in the process. I took my car to Montebello autocraft for an inspection and immediately knew this was the right shop for me. I was told my car would be ready in about 14 days and my car was only there for 1 week! My once ripped off bumper and broken headlight look impeccable now! They even returned my car sparkling clean and vacuumed. Staff is very welcoming and only quote you on what you need done. As a young girl, I always get anxiety going into car shops because I have been easily fooled and lied to before $$$. But not at Montebello autocraft. I will be back for all future repairs. Thank you guys!!! read more

Who is Sandra M? Oh I know... someone that does not know what he is talking about. Since he is saying my review does not represent a true customer experience kinda ticked me off. His business is garbage and just for him applying that response rather then assessing an actual action to correct his business urged me to report this business to the BBB and BAR yesterday evening. Sondra, sometimes trying to hide things will not necessarily fix your problems bud... maybe you should look deeper into the issue rather then trying to cover them up! So I now, I give to you... another bad review!! Keep at it. read more

Took my black Camaro SS to these guys for some work and they did an amazing job! Every other shop gave me the run around with insurance and said it would take over 2 months to get my car back. The guys at Montebello Autocraft took my car in and had me back on the road within 2 WEEKS! Could not be happier with the work these guys did for me. Super friendly people and kept me updated with repairs via text, also appreciated the fact that they took time to detail my vehicle before pick up. read more

Everyone was super chill there, they text updates to let me know the progress of my car and when I needed a quote it was the only place that I called and was available right away. But they don't take personal checks and when I came in to pick up my car there was a man that looked kinda creepy just asking me if I needed help. I told him like 3 times that I was there to pick up my car but he just kept staring at me thankfully the girl came and saved me read more

I had my car repaired last year around March. At first i didn't notice much until i began to spot certain areas of the unfinished damages. The front of ny hood can out uneven with the latch not fitting properly, the front bumper not placed right in the area where a slight hole sticks out, &the headlamps not even being properly placed so my headlights needed to be fixed. I hear front suspension rattle noises. This body shop keeps it focused on being a "looker" than rather having honest repairs. Seeing how many body-men&painters they have staffed don't fully do the work 100%. "Henry Gonzalez" really played the part to screw my vehicle over. If anyone does read this review, from experience spend your insurance funds at another body shop that will take great car to your vehicle. I keep the information to remind me how careful you need to be when someone else handles your property. read more
