His team painted the exterior of my home. I have an extremely tall home. They painted all my doors, trim, siding and the railing. Sam is very responsive to email, text and calls. His crew showed up every day around 8:30 and stayed until 5:30. They cleaned up every day before they left. When the project was done we did a walk through and they touched up a few spots. It looks brand new. Now I want them to come back and do so many things inside my home. I trust Sam and his crew and look forward to working with them again.

I wasn't going to write this review, but ... see below…read more TLDR: uneven quality, poor value, some careless work, bad cleanup and followup. The quality of the work was very uneven. They had one guy who did excellent work but the remainder of the crew was average at best. And part of the problem was that they didn't use a single crew - one guy (the good painter) was there every day but the remainder came and went, and so they missed spots in some areas and over-painted (not a good thing) in others. They also didn't work around the heat, as the owner had promised they would. At the price he charged, the company should have done much better work. In addition, I had to call them back to fix obvious problems that I believe they should have corrected on their own. And they still didn't get everything - I'm going to have to hire another painter to fix some of the remaining issues. They also left their garbage behind - they did eventually remove half of it but I had to deal with the remainder after the owner stopped returning calls and texts. And finally, some of the painters were just careless. I found a few spots where they had spilled globs of paint in my stones - not just a few drips but at least a cupful in one spot. And finding one more of these globs of paint today is what led to this review. I was about to write this off as just an unfortunate experience but this glob of paint was several feet from the wall. And instead of picking up the stones and disposing of them, they just covered them up.
