Although it appeared under a search for pet-friendly stores, it does not allow pets even in a carrier.

I do have a few of their SLGs. This time, it's a shopping experience for my sister and she found her splurge gifts. Happy for her bc what's a Paris trip w/o gifts? lol The selection is amazing, but being the flagship... some small items were out of stock, especially new drops and in popular colors. You get better prices here in Paris than at home, the VAT will add to that saving. The service was amazing! I forgot his name but he was funny and charming. They will queue you up to the next sales associate and you just need to wait a few minutes, and get yourself a glass of sparkling water!

Store was busy so didn't mind waiting. Eventually the manager, Eury, came over and said I would be next. I thanked him and informed him I knew what I wanted and just needed to check out. A couple came in after us and suddenly we became next next. This obviously angered me. Apparently they're not interested in my business so I'll take it elsewhere. Guess the random couple who came in to try stuff on was more important than a guaranteed sale. When I asked Eury for his card he claimed not to have one. Not sure if this is the correct spelling of his name or not. I don't know if was dismissed for being an American, being dressed casually, or being black. Regardless it was not a good experience. Cela m'a évidemment énervé.

I dropped her off then walked over to the seine to get myself a crepe. I was minding my business when my friend started sending me pics of the bags she was looking at and trying to pick. She mentioned she was a little tipsy then asked me to pull up cos apparently the people were so nice. I finished my crepe and walked over. Unlike when I dropped off my friend and we had to wait outside, I was able to just walk in and tell security I already had an appointment. I found my friend sitting so I headed to her direction. I was immediately given a champagne. Alfa came over with a variety of fanny packs because that's exactly what I wanted. I had previously looked online and picked a couple styles that suited me. I didn't like the choices that were presented so we went to another area where more choices were displayed. I was given another champagne at this point. After some flip flopping, I decided on the style that was completely different from what I originally picked. The payment process was a breeze. After registering to their system, they verify some information then you're led to the corner to handle payment. Alfa walked us out with our bags after fully explaining the tax refund process. He was so nice and thorough and just all around pleasant. What I really appreciated is that they don't rush you. Alfa was very patient with me and not at all pushy. He waited for me to decide on what I wanted which is the same thing that happened to my friend who kept changing her mind. She made a point to tell me how patient he was with her since he kept going back to get more bags. I already know what I want to get next. See you guys in a few months.

I ended up buying what I didn't plan to buy due to the very nice nature of the salesmen. Can't recall his name but recall him saying he's originally from Malaysia. Tucked amongst the buildings on the street, it's almost hard to believe how large the gallery is on the inside as there is so much to see from dresses to accessories to magazines and more. Upon entering, the exhibition starts at the top floor, where you make your way through the building and steadily downwards on a journey through time. This is a fun experience for those who love fashion, history, and art, but there is truly much to appreciate for someone coming in with no prior knowledge or expectation. This gallery is extensive and they change out the pieces periodically, so there's a lot of re-visit value. The gallery goes beyond fashion and has moments discussing Christian Dior's personal life, the building itself, and how the Dior name continues to thrive in modern-day couture. At the end of the gallery they have their own Dior Le Café, which carries both drinks and food, and a mini gift shop section. I found it a great spot to relax and rechage. *Lucky Sando en trio: This trio of sandwhiches was delicious and larger than expected for a tea-time-style snack. The egg-mayonnaise was moist and flavorful, tasting as expected. I enjoyed the smoked salmon and cucumber one which provided a refreshing and cooler-tasting sandwich. The chicken with spices was the most unique one of the three. It had tumeric and other spices that made it stand out. It held the most umami. *Caesar salad with Chicken: This dish was crafted together at table-side which was both unexpected and lovely to experience! I appreciated the different toppings to what I thought was going to be a generic salad, and the overall outcome was very vibrant. The chicken itself is a fully seasoned and cooked fillet, making this dish very filling. *Chocolate Chaud: This is my favorite drink in France, and ordering it here was no different. Deeply rich and made with heavy cream and dark chocolate, chocolate chaud tastes like drinking liquid chocolate straight from a pot. Generally, you can purchase tickets online for a specific date and time with full price being 16 EUR, though there are discounted options available. You can also try your hand for a walk-in visit, though the line can get rather long. I was fortunate enough to enter for free and without a wait, which I am extremely grateful to the team for!

When asking for what I wanted she refused to get them as she said "I wouldn't like them the leather was too hard " she insisted I tried a different pair which I pleased her and did and they hurt so I went back to the original style that I came in for and she once again refused. Another customer was trying them on so I approached her and asked her if they were comfortable and she said yes, but she said your sales person is awful and she refused to purchase from her 5 months prior for her rudeness. Frustrated as I was on vacation and had my heart set I left the store. Another sales person overheard the conversation and offered to have me back in to help but I was just uncomfortable facing the other sales person so I left. The next day I went to Prada in Galeries Lafayette and purchased the shoes with a pleasant sales representative. Why.... well at the time we visited this store the euro and USD were about 4% away from each other. That is to say one dollar was worth about .96 euro. But the pricing in France for the same items for sale in America are approx. 20% less in price. So even with the 4% loss on the money conversion you are still 16% savings not to mention you can get the sales tax back as you leave the country! Also be sure to have your physical passport on you if you want to get the paperwork for a sales tax refund. They will not accept a pic or photo copy of your passport at this store. They did at other stores we shopped at in Paris but not this Gucci. To get your sales tax refund make sure you arrive with plenty of time at the airport as the lines were long to use the two automated kiosks to submit for refund(s). Okay now that part is taken care of more about this store. This is a multi-level Gucci that was very well stocked. The service was great and the manager went up & beyond to have something tailored for us within 6 hours. He even offered to bring it to our hotel and drop it off once it was done! This flagship store had fresh beautiful flowers throughout and the furniture & lighting was a ten out of ten. à la prochaine Gucci of pari!
