Absolutely awful. Zero responsiveness. Horrible business practices. Items werent even printed…read moreyet, wouldn't cancel my order even when I explained that my daughter was no longer on the team. Admitted they hadnt even worked on it yet but "all sales are final". Just sad. Then never called us to notify us, weeks later, that our order was finslly finished. Just awful. I have no idea why any team would give this guy business. Plenty of ethical places to spend parents' money instead. Avoid this guy.
