She'll do whichever one you want - this pic might come in handy to explain!

Call and make reservations! She gets really busy, but is very attentive and nice. I got bio gel and shellac here. I trust their work - coming here for my wedding nails! Bring cash!! Prices are average.

My first time seeing the owner Celine/Monica was a great experience. I came in on a Tuesday morning with my sister. I usually see Hannah but she was on vacation at the time. Celine was aware that I see Hannah normally and said she'll do my nails. She did a great job and told me when I come back for my refill to see her. So I did... Man was I dumb for doing that. It seems celine is only good when she is not in a rush. On my second visit I had a 3pm bio refill, manicure and eyebrow appointment but arrived at 215pm so I could get a regular pedicure done ahead of time. At 230pm Celine decided to take a client that was doing a full set acrylic! I was very upset because i know how long itll take to complete and that would runover my apponitment time...but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she would work fast... The tech working on me was done by 3pm. I ended up waiting until 345pm!!! Then she tried to talk me into getting rid of some of the services I requested because she had another client at 430pm. I laughed and said if I had to wait so can your next client, I'm going on a trip and need these services done. Her next client arrived at 445pm and Celine was still working on me. She was rushing herself, my nails came out chunky, I asked for a manicure (cuticle cleanup) and she did a horrible job, clipped me a couple times as well, the color I wanted she didn't even use, instead she used a color that I hated and I told her that plenty of times and she just kept saying, "no it looks good." I asked for coffin shaped nails and she gave me square and I also got my eyebrows done-- which she ruined as well. Now one eyebrow is thinner than the other. I called her two days later to tell her how unhappy I was and she told me to come in that same day and she will fix it. I arrived at 6pm. She reshaped my nails and changed the color but had the nerve to ask me to pay for it. I did not and will not pay her for anything ever again. I am writing this review because not only did I endure all that nonsense, but 2 days into my vacation, 3 nails broke/cracked!!!... Very painful and one of them even started to gush out blood. when i landed in Toronto i called celine immediately. One of the other nails started gushing blood while in flight!! When i spoke to her and told her what happened her response was "well, i had another client after you, so i never did a refill." I was outraged! I paid $100 for a bio refill, manicure, pedicure and eyebrows, and she never even gave me a refill?! Why did she make me pay for it then?! I lost it... I am so turned of by "Monica's Nail Salon" and with Hannah quitting, I will definitely never go back to that place again!!!!!!!!

They almost always could accommodate me when I walk in. $28 for 45 min foot massage I don't bother remembering the masseuse name because I find it that Chinese massage places this cheap tend to have high turnover of staff. The service is pretty consistent though. Receptionist is always pleasant and prompt. Most of the masseuse speak little English, which is fine I guess because I speak little Chinese lol. So we both speak in mixed languages. I am not a chatter anyway when I get my massage. It's either I am browsing on my iPad or I close my eyes. They have tv with somsort of like a Chinese version of Netflix. If my pants are tight or if I am wearing a dress or skirt, I borrow a pair of short pants. Sometimes they offer tea, lemon tea or water but lately they don't voluntary offer. They still give it when I ask. April 26- I came and was told prices went up to $33. Monday to Friday.

The couples massage room is great to go with the wife, and they are always so friendly and caring. If you invest in the package, it's well worth your money. But they also have great weekday specials. The staff on Monday-Beth in particular was exceptional she showed me the spa area and was very informative regarding the day pass(me) and the facial(male travel partner). All the staff I encountered Monday was fantastic. However Tuesday Thé morning of my spa day the staff turned off the fantastic button. We both had our inferred session same day together Monday afternoon. He had his facial same day Monday-he said he really enjoyed it. He face was very dewy and moisturized . Pleasant experience. My spa session on Tuesday was good; I'm am so glad i booked early morning bc I had the place to myself for almost two hours. Remember I said petite.Yes it a cute space to relax if you have an hour or so. Tried the Himalayan salt sauna larger pool; open shower, dry sauna and hottest whirlpool(it was mild). The cold plunge whirlpool was good. I enjoyed my time. They have three whirlpools outside fits 4 comfortably maybe 5 strangers. I had them to myself so it was wonderful. Overall it was a great experience for me. They seem to offer full spa services from what I saw as I walked around. The spa gets a 4 star due to amenities cleanliness and offerings. Although small the space was utilized well. I am very big on customer service and the Tuesday staff was clearly not morning people; thus the reason for the overall 3 stars. If you're in the hotel area yes visit during off peak times to have the best experience it gets crowded quickly due to small size.

The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

Arriving at the hotel, there's indoor parking which is nice - it gets validated with a spa receipt so no worries about added cost. You have to go go through the lobby and take the stairs to get this sheltered courtyard type area where you see the pool and a little bit of a run down sign to the spa. Upon entering, you definitely feel the low ceilings close in on you. We let the reception know of our appointment for a couples package (90 min massage with hydrotherapy) and we were escorted into this tiny room with a few lockers and robes. Then we found ourselves in a room with a bath tub to learn that we are supposed to "take turns". Kind of odd considering it's a couples package but we made do. The jets were soothing and the aromatherapy was pleasant. It was a little surprising when the 2 girls that escorted us in did not agree on the sequence of the services. We ended up doing the bath first. After waiting for one another to be done the bath, we got to the massage. The therapists asked us how long the massage is supposed to be (which again is odd). We confirmed it was 90 mins. My masseuse was descent in strength but had no structure (as in she went from the shoulders to the arms back to the shoulders then to the head then to the legs then back). It was all over the place so not as soothing as I had hoped. But my husband said his was ok. In checking out, I found out they didn't accept Amex (which was surprising as I thought they were an extension of the hotel). But otherwise it was a simple process. Not sure if we'd come back honestly, because it was very disorganized. It was not so much a treat which is what we expect of a hotel so we probably should have the routine stuff.

I was surprised that the delta hotel became a homeless shelter and you can expect that the vibe is not good when you reach the place. I had to get "screened" in the lobby not for the purpose of going to the spa but for the homeless shelter. Honestly, they only asked for my name and number and not a real screening you would expect. Also confused because saachi spa called me three times prior to the appointment and still had to ask what I wanted to do. Honestly, they were not thorough with the facial and made me try a different facial treatment instead. I think the spa is only managed by one person since nobody else was there. Try elsewhere!
