I have been coming here for years, almost ever month, It's only now I realize I wasn't checking in…read moreor posting reviews. I rarely book an appointment. They almost always could accommodate me when I walk in. $28 for 45 min foot massage I don't bother remembering the masseuse name because I find it that Chinese massage places this cheap tend to have high turnover of staff. The service is pretty consistent though. Receptionist is always pleasant and prompt. Most of the masseuse speak little English, which is fine I guess because I speak little Chinese lol. So we both speak in mixed languages. I am not a chatter anyway when I get my massage. It's either I am browsing on my iPad or I close my eyes. They have tv with somsort of like a Chinese version of Netflix. If my pants are tight or if I am wearing a dress or skirt, I borrow a pair of short pants. Sometimes they offer tea, lemon tea or water but lately they don't voluntary offer. They still give it when I ask. April 26- I came and was told prices went up to $33. Monday to Friday.

The couples massage room is great to go with the wife, and they are always so friendly and caring. If you invest in the package, it's well worth your money. But they also have great weekday specials. Only $28 for 45 minute foot massage. You can't go wrong!

The staff on Monday-Beth in particular was exceptional she showed me the spa area and was very informative regarding the day pass(me) and the facial(male travel partner). All the staff I encountered Monday was fantastic. However Tuesday Thé morning of my spa day the staff turned off the fantastic button. We both had our inferred session same day together Monday afternoon. He had his facial same day Monday-he said he really enjoyed it. He face was very dewy and moisturized . Pleasant experience. My spa session on Tuesday was good; I'm am so glad i booked early morning bc I had the place to myself for almost two hours. Remember I said petite.Yes it a cute space to relax if you have an hour or so. Tried the Himalayan salt sauna larger pool; open shower, dry sauna and hottest whirlpool(it was mild). The cold plunge whirlpool was good. I enjoyed my time. They have three whirlpools outside fits 4 comfortably maybe 5 strangers. I had them to myself so it was wonderful. Overall it was a great experience for me. They seem to offer full spa services from what I saw as I walked around. The spa gets a 4 star due to amenities cleanliness and offerings. Although small the space was utilized well. I am very big on customer service and the Tuesday staff was clearly not morning people; thus the reason for the overall 3 stars. If you're in the hotel area yes visit during off peak times to have the best experience it gets crowded quickly due to small size.

This is a lovely little spa inside the Marriott Falls View hotel. My wife and I went for the oasis…read morethermal journey and were pleasantly surprised with all they mange to fit into a small space. The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

There is so much seating and so many different options depending on what you're interested in doing it's a magical place. I was go with a friend and we usually spend about eight hours there. We go to the different heated rooms and we sit around in the very comfortable chairs and chat. We usually get a bubble tea or something from the robot. And then we go and do more of the different rooms and maybe hang out under the red lights. Then we get Sushi then we do a face mask and lay around and chat some more and then we take the waters. It is a magical day. Go with someone that you love to chat with, but also are comfortable just relaxing quietly with. You will not be disappointed. There's also an amazing soup dumpling place across the parking lot, which I highly suggest ending the day with if you're there long enough to be hungry again

The spa has separate men's and women's changing rooms with showers, a hot tub and plenty of useful amenities. You can also purchase facial masks. Beyond the saunas, there are far infrared-light lounge chairs to lie on, massage chairs, a quiet lounge for reading or relaxing, a sleeping room, a gym and computer stations if you need to work. There is also a restaurant if you get hungry, as well as spa treatments available for an additional cost. Many people brought books and spent time relaxing between the different rooms. It is a lovely place to slow down, unwind and spend several peaceful hours.

Arriving at the hotel, there's indoor parking which is nice - it gets validated with a spa receipt so no worries about added cost. You have to go go through the lobby and take the stairs to get this sheltered courtyard type area where you see the pool and a little bit of a run down sign to the spa. Upon entering, you definitely feel the low ceilings close in on you. We let the reception know of our appointment for a couples package (90 min massage with hydrotherapy) and we were escorted into this tiny room with a few lockers and robes. Then we found ourselves in a room with a bath tub to learn that we are supposed to "take turns". Kind of odd considering it's a couples package but we made do. The jets were soothing and the aromatherapy was pleasant. It was a little surprising when the 2 girls that escorted us in did not agree on the sequence of the services. We ended up doing the bath first. After waiting for one another to be done the bath, we got to the massage. The therapists asked us how long the massage is supposed to be (which again is odd). We confirmed it was 90 mins. My masseuse was descent in strength but had no structure (as in she went from the shoulders to the arms back to the shoulders then to the head then to the legs then back). It was all over the place so not as soothing as I had hoped. But my husband said his was ok. In checking out, I found out they didn't accept Amex (which was surprising as I thought they were an extension of the hotel). But otherwise it was a simple process. Not sure if we'd come back honestly, because it was very disorganized. It was not so much a treat which is what we expect of a hotel so we probably should have the routine stuff.

I was surprised that the delta hotel became a homeless shelter and you can expect that the vibe is not good when you reach the place. I had to get "screened" in the lobby not for the purpose of going to the spa but for the homeless shelter. Honestly, they only asked for my name and number and not a real screening you would expect. Also confused because saachi spa called me three times prior to the appointment and still had to ask what I wanted to do. Honestly, they were not thorough with the facial and made me try a different facial treatment instead. I think the spa is only managed by one person since nobody else was there. Try elsewhere!
