    I'm surprised nobody has wanted to slam this one yet…read more.. I have an auto loan with this company. They treat their customers like crap. They don't explain ANYTHING in terms you'll understand...I think it's because they don't understand them themselves. They allow zero leeway in your due date. The late fee is ridiculous. My interest rate is ridiculous. They charge most of the interest upfront so in two years it looks like I've only paid $1500 of the loan...I pay $408 per month! They also charge 15 dollars to pay with debit online. Customer service is not what they are there for! Would I recommend this company? Well...it depends on who's asking. Do you have shitty credit like I do? Are you lacking a bank account? Has everyone else laughed at you? If you answered yes to one or all of these questions, and you need a loan super d duper bad...then yes, I would recommend them. Otherwise, there are far better non conventional banks to get loans from. I really haven't had a problem because I pay on time. However, I have tried to make arrangements with them and they are pretty unwilling. If you have a problem with paying bills on time then I promise, you will lose your car, quickly! If you are fine to pay, you shouldn't have a problem with this company...other than they are pretty bad at explaining things and keeping you informed on your account. I called them today to ask a question and they put me on hold for ten minutes. I looked at my clock and realized they weren't even open anymore. I think they put me on hold and then left!!! I will say though, that's never happened before. I usually don't ever even get put on hold. Bottom line -- it is what it is. These types of companies are notorious for treating their customers like second class citizens. This company is no different. These types of lenders are well known for ripping people off; and lube is far from complementary. These companies are far too busy being rude to bother themselves with a customer service course. This company is no different! If you absolutely have no other options, it's an option. Other than that...RUN!

    Went into bank for a simple wire transfer on a Friday morning. I couldn't do it online because of…read moresize. Met with banker, had my bank card and ID. Went through all security processes in front of banker including opening up my Chase app for verification. Everything was good sign all papers and got receipt. Hour later got call transfer was on hold. Contacted them again by phone and went through more security clearances and a boatload of questions. Passed that and several hours later got email saying money would not be sent. Still processing. Now no transfer on weekends. Now I don't expect it to transfer until Monday and not received until Tuesday. The bank can collect interest on a quarter million dollars an extra 4 days.

Two ATM machines outside for withdrawal/deposits. Large inside, lots of spots for tellers. Was able to walk right up to the counter to start my transaction. I told the guy I did not know my account number or how much was in my account, but wanted to make a withdrawal (I rarely use my account at this bank - and when I do, the people at the other two locations I go to never give me attitude). He told me to fill out a slip...okay. I brought it back up with my name and date. He looked at me like I was crazy and said "You need to fill it out." I said, "I gave you all the information I can, just as I said I knew." He rolled his eyes and had me do the whole swipe the card thing. Sorry to inconvenience you by asking you to write down a few numbers dude. He avoided looking at me or speaking to me other than to ask how much and count my money. Didn't know it was that huge of a deal. They have these iPad things up front now that they want you to use as well. No thanks - if I wanted to do my banking online I'd do it at home.

    I have never done a review before, but I feel the need to now!! I have done business with Gail a…read morecouple times over the years. I have spent plenty of time picking her mind for help with my 93 year old friend for medical equipment. she has done this for a long time. and when you look in her store she has a lot of money in equipment invested. she has developed a pattern of doing business all her own,and that will not set well with some people, but when you ask why, you can understand why from her viewpoint. If Gail was paid for all the information she gives out for free she could have retired long ago for the retirement she deserves. If she sold her equipment for the price of most other stores she could also have retired by now. Barbara G. got to take advantage of all that experience for no extra cost. There have been many many countless numbers of people who have lived out the last of their days better and more comfortable because of Gail and her little shop and years of experience and kind heart, and for a lot less money!!! Some days will be better than others to be in her shop,there is a lot goes on behind the counter than you would think. The durable medical equipment business paid well years gone by. not so much today(think Medicare reimbursement). I would wrong her if I didn't go to her first for equipment because of what she has done for me and those many many countless others.

Later Mom and I went in to get fitted for a more size oriented walker. Gail spent quite a bit of time making sure that the walker we ordered was the right size for a tiny woman of 4'7". Her approach was alway helpful and she apologized whenever she had to step away to help another customer. Mom has had her new walker for about a month and she is walking taller and not as bent over. The new walker actually fits! We ended up purchasing a petite junior lift chair also. It is nice to see my Mom sitting in a chair that actually fits her tiny frame and helps her easily get to a standing position. Thanks for all your help, Gail!
