They don't explain ANYTHING in terms you'll understand...I think it's because they don't understand them themselves. They allow zero leeway in your due date. The late fee is ridiculous. My interest rate is ridiculous. They charge most of the interest upfront so in two years it looks like I've only paid $1500 of the loan...I pay $408 per month! They also charge 15 dollars to pay with debit online. Customer service is not what they are there for! Would I recommend this company? Well...it depends on who's asking. Do you have shitty credit like I do? Are you lacking a bank account? Has everyone else laughed at you? If you answered yes to one or all of these questions, and you need a loan super d duper bad...then yes, I would recommend them. Otherwise, there are far better non conventional banks to get loans from. I really haven't had a problem because I pay on time. However, I have tried to make arrangements with them and they are pretty unwilling. If you have a problem with paying bills on time then I promise, you will lose your car, quickly! If you are fine to pay, you shouldn't have a problem with this company...other than they are pretty bad at explaining things and keeping you informed on your account. I called them today to ask a question and they put me on hold for ten minutes. I looked at my clock and realized they weren't even open anymore. I think they put me on hold and then left!!! I will say though, that's never happened before. I usually don't ever even get put on hold. Bottom line -- it is what it is. These types of companies are notorious for treating their customers like second class citizens. This company is no different. These types of lenders are well known for ripping people off; and lube is far from complementary. These companies are far too busy being rude to bother themselves with a customer service course. The customer service was great considering the banks were about to close but they still provided excellent service for my Sister. If you owe money but you find yourself needing to cash a check they will allow you to pay a percentage of what's owed so you don't need to worry about walking out with little money.
