Then almost at the end of the check they somehow couldn't verify the check number and claimed that they had called Western Union multiple times to get it checked. So I called Western Union and was on hold for 20 minutes with people waiting around and eventually just left their store because all the western union departments were closed. Don't promise people you will help them if you can't deliver. This is a money order REFUND because of a non cashed money order reimbursement. At no fault of my own is it a completely Uncashable check but they need to be honest, not get peoples hopes up then when I called the CHECK WAS COMPLETELY FINE so why they couldn't verify it? Comes down to mental capacity it seems.

They don't explain ANYTHING in terms you'll understand...I think it's because they don't understand them themselves. They allow zero leeway in your due date. The late fee is ridiculous. My interest rate is ridiculous. They charge most of the interest upfront so in two years it looks like I've only paid $1500 of the loan...I pay $408 per month! They also charge 15 dollars to pay with debit online. Customer service is not what they are there for! Would I recommend this company? Well...it depends on who's asking. Do you have shitty credit like I do? Are you lacking a bank account? Has everyone else laughed at you? If you answered yes to one or all of these questions, and you need a loan super d duper bad...then yes, I would recommend them. Otherwise, there are far better non conventional banks to get loans from. I really haven't had a problem because I pay on time. However, I have tried to make arrangements with them and they are pretty unwilling. If you have a problem with paying bills on time then I promise, you will lose your car, quickly! If you are fine to pay, you shouldn't have a problem with this company...other than they are pretty bad at explaining things and keeping you informed on your account. I called them today to ask a question and they put me on hold for ten minutes. I looked at my clock and realized they weren't even open anymore. I think they put me on hold and then left!!! I will say though, that's never happened before. I usually don't ever even get put on hold. Bottom line -- it is what it is. These types of companies are notorious for treating their customers like second class citizens. This company is no different. These types of lenders are well known for ripping people off; and lube is far from complementary. These companies are far too busy being rude to bother themselves with a customer service course.
