Once an employee in the room was finished, she came to greet us and checked us what the purpose of our visit was. We let her know and she said she could get us scheduled in for a little later as they had some staff members show up. We got some lunch nearby and stopped by again and we were helped by another employee. Connor was very personable and ensured that all questions or concerns were addressed as we brought them up. Additionally, I didn't know how to use their coffee machine and he kindly made me a cup of hot chocolate as the hot chocolate packet was out too. Connor then gets right to work as he helped my boyfriend make his account and made sure to give any cautions or tips for his account. Once my boyfriend had no question, I had a question as I fell for a scam years ago and WSECU placed restrictions on my account and I was told that I just had to make sure I had no issues on my account for some time. I decided to ask if I was okay to have those restrictions lifted off as I haven't any issues with my accounts. Connor immediately started a phone call and was kind with the employee on the phone who lifted off the restrictions. I'm so glad to have WSECU as my main bank and my boyfriend seems content with banking them so far as well.

The downside was the wait time; there was just one teller helping everyone, and when someone ahead had a long transaction, the line basically stalled. It felt understaffed for the volume of customers. That said, the security guard at the entrance added a nice touch. He greeted customers and even opened the door for people coming in and out. They will pick and choose what policies they want to follow. There are some nice tellers they have employed but by far Lisa provides the worst customer service.
