So I called Western Union and was on hold for 20 minutes with people waiting around and eventually just left their store because all the western union departments were closed. Don't promise people you will help them if you can't deliver. This is a money order REFUND because of a non cashed money order reimbursement. At no fault of my own is it a completely Uncashable check but they need to be honest, not get peoples hopes up then when I called the CHECK WAS COMPLETELY FINE so why they couldn't verify it? Comes down to mental capacity it seems.

The customer service was great considering the banks were about to close but they still provided excellent service for my Sister. If you owe money but you find yourself needing to cash a check they will allow you to pay a percentage of what's owed so you don't need to worry about walking out with little money.

They don't explain ANYTHING in terms you'll understand...I think it's because they don't understand them themselves. They allow zero leeway in your due date. The late fee is ridiculous. My interest rate is ridiculous. They charge most of the interest upfront so in two years it looks like I've only paid $1500 of the loan...I pay $408 per month! They also charge 15 dollars to pay with debit online. Customer service is not what they are there for! Would I recommend this company? Well...it depends on who's asking. Do you have shitty credit like I do? Are you lacking a bank account? Has everyone else laughed at you? If you answered yes to one or all of these questions, and you need a loan super d duper bad...then yes, I would recommend them. Otherwise, there are far better non conventional banks to get loans from. I really haven't had a problem because I pay on time. However, I have tried to make arrangements with them and they are pretty unwilling. If you have a problem with paying bills on time then I promise, you will lose your car, quickly! If you are fine to pay, you shouldn't have a problem with this company...other than they are pretty bad at explaining things and keeping you informed on your account. I called them today to ask a question and they put me on hold for ten minutes. I looked at my clock and realized they weren't even open anymore. I think they put me on hold and then left!!! I will say though, that's never happened before. I usually don't ever even get put on hold. Bottom line -- it is what it is. These types of companies are notorious for treating their customers like second class citizens. This company is no different. These types of lenders are well known for ripping people off; and lube is far from complementary. These companies are far too busy being rude to bother themselves with a customer service course. I have spent plenty of time picking her mind for help with my 93 year old friend for medical equipment. she has done this for a long time. and when you look in her store she has a lot of money in equipment invested. she has developed a pattern of doing business all her own,and that will not set well with some people, but when you ask why, you can understand why from her viewpoint. If Gail was paid for all the information she gives out for free she could have retired long ago for the retirement she deserves. If she sold her equipment for the price of most other stores she could also have retired by now. Barbara G. got to take advantage of all that experience for no extra cost. There have been many many countless numbers of people who have lived out the last of their days better and more comfortable because of Gail and her little shop and years of experience and kind heart, and for a lot less money!!! Later Mom and I went in to get fitted for a more size oriented walker. Gail spent quite a bit of time making sure that the walker we ordered was the right size for a tiny woman of 4'7". Her approach was alway helpful and she apologized whenever she had to step away to help another customer. Mom has had her new walker for about a month and she is walking taller and not as bent over. The new walker actually fits! We ended up purchasing a petite junior lift chair also. It is nice to see my Mom sitting in a chair that actually fits her tiny frame and helps her easily get to a standing position. Thanks for all your help, Gail!

If you use the ATM, it's impossible to use in your car and must exit the car as screen is too high. The screen contract is so bad you can't even see the screen on sunny days. If you do enter your debt card, you enter the complete transaction and at the end it says "Can't complete the transaction" and ejects your card. This place is beautiful on the outside, but a complete fail with any service being used.

The customer service isn't as stellar as the BECU on Benson in Renton but they don't make you feel like an idiot such as the Chase Bank in Lake Forest Park. Wait time in line: It's always been long. Here's some ahead of you math: 2 people in front of you = waiting 5 minutes 3 people in front of you = waiting over 10 minutes 4 people in front of you = You either are in cardiac arrest or discovered self-enlightenment, maybe even the Lord. Wait time for other services: You can be waiting for well up to and over 15 minutes even with nobody ahead of you! And please note, I'm not making this assessment after one visit, I have been to this branch numerous times but I do deposits at WSECU on Eastlake Ave. instead. Parking: It's free and easier to deal with than the Stewart Branch in Seattle. This specific branch would obtain a higher rating if: 1. If they can find ways to streamline personal teller transactions. 2. The ATM outside accepted deposits. 3. I didn't feel sorry for the (potential) clients waiting to open an account or apply for a loan. The tellers behind the ballistics glass are usually the ones who staff who tend to those customers.
