Went through all security processes in front of banker including opening up my Chase app for verification. Everything was good sign all papers and got receipt. Hour later got call transfer was on hold. Contacted them again by phone and went through more security clearances and a boatload of questions. Passed that and several hours later got email saying money would not be sent. Still processing. Now no transfer on weekends. Now I don't expect it to transfer until Monday and not received until Tuesday. The bank can collect interest on a quarter million dollars an extra 4 days.

Large inside, lots of spots for tellers. Was able to walk right up to the counter to start my transaction. I told the guy I did not know my account number or how much was in my account, but wanted to make a withdrawal (I rarely use my account at this bank - and when I do, the people at the other two locations I go to never give me attitude). He told me to fill out a slip...okay. I brought it back up with my name and date. He looked at me like I was crazy and said "You need to fill it out." I said, "I gave you all the information I can, just as I said I knew." He rolled his eyes and had me do the whole swipe the card thing.
