On 4/4/24 a coworker and I had lunch at 12:00pm at a local restaurant Gators in Kent , on the 8th I…read morefound my account had a overcharge of $240.50 I disputed the charge on my account a temporary credit was applied. 2 weeks later my claim closed and credit taken away with out any correspondence from Bank of America asking for any additional information. I called multiple times even called the restaurant multiple times finally getting a copy of the charge from the restaurant. I had the Kent location bank of American fax the printout to the claims department. This printout has my claim number and the restaurants managers name and number written on it. The bank reopened my claim for about two weeks then with no correspondence again closed the claim and denied my claim. I have proof this is an overcharge on my account and Bank of America will do nothing to resolve the issue . I have pictures of the overcharge on my account see credit card charge the restaurant gave me . I filed complaints with the BBB, Washington state Department of Financial Institutions and get Jesse channel 7 news . This is a blatant theft !

She helped him refinance his car and apply for a credit card, and both were approved! His car APR dropped from 21% to 6.49%, which lifted a huge weight off his shoulders. Helpful tip: If you're refinancing your car with them, make sure your auto insurance deductible is $1,000 or less. They do not allow more than that. We didn't realize this beforehand and had to scramble to switch our Progressive plan (which we had a $2,000 deductible at the time). We now use a different insurance with a $1000 deductible . So be prepared to either adjust your insurance or switch providers. You have 15 days to prove you have insurance on the car you are refinancing with BECU or else they will automatically add insurance to your refinancing bill. so get it done so it's ready when confirming your insurance info with them to avoid extra charges or any other problems.
