They caught it, and cancelled my card. I went in to get a new one, and they said with fraud I have to call a number to have it reissued. They said I can just come yo a branch to get money..but there are so few. When I called the line, I waited on hold nearly 40 minutes to be told it sould be 7-10 says, and "No, we cant expedite it." When I expressed feeling frustrated by this, they responded in a sing song voice, "Is there anything else? ..well have a nice day". A simple human connection and acknowledgement can go a long way with customer service. Oh..and I went in to fund my savings on my new account, and was told it was closed. "We can go in back and get it set up again. It wont take too long. We close all accounts with a zero balance for 2 weeks. You can just open it again".
