I've been with Wings for 35 yrs. They no longer give good service. Go elsewhere and read all the other horrible reviews here.

A lot of people complain about banks and fees and what not, but in reality it is because they are not taking the time to talk to a personal banker to understand their accounts. If you don't spend time to learn how to manage your money, you will get problems even if you leave big banks. BOA is so convenient because I can find them whereever I travel. I am taking a star off because I dont really like the other staff here. There was a customer waiting at the merchant window for 15 minutes, and no one approached him and tell him that the merchant teller is on break and to use the regular line. The lobby leader doesn't greet unless is someone he knows, I have seen a couple personal bankers have private conversations in the lobby themselves. And I have personally witness the banking center manager tell a potential customer that he will have to wait 30 minutes to open an account. Giving them credit since they are way understaff but they need to do some drastic hiring now and soon!

The branch manager, Brenda is more concerned about getting rid of you and brushing you aside. Lack of follow through no professionalism courtesy which should tell you something since she's been mentioned on here 3x now! Get a clue about customer service. There's plenty of other financial institutions to pick and choose from. No follow up no phone call regarding my account. If you don't want to have any business in the future you are off to a great start. Keep dreaming, because your employees need an overhaul and they need to read these reviews because it reveals your lack of care and concern for your customers. The only reason I deal with Bank of America is because of a family member. I personally would never bank with them. Furthermore, Brenda will invite you to goto another branch lol. She obviously hates her job. Don't worry with reviews this bad I pray you stay in business. I give this place 0 stars for poor management and customer service. Please go elsewhere. This place is horrible. 5/19/26 This is now more recently become intentional infliction of emotional distress. My day turned out wonderfully until an Officer of the Law was at my door. Apparently Bank of America used my personal information to notify the Police Department regarding my account and to fraudulently report abuse of an elder. How DARE you use my personal information to intentionally hurt me in retaliation for a poor review. I ask you, would you want that type of Bank manager handling your confidential information!!! I think not. I'm contacting a Regional Branch Manager to discuss your inappropriate breach!!! My complaint and recent experience with Bank of America and specifically Brenda was utterly unprofessional. What is distrurbing and distasteful is your lack of respect of my private information and to call the local authorities regarding elder abuse is defamation of character! When I told you I am an Attorney snd requested help with my affairs regarding a POA you were not helpful. Bank of America has been on notice since 2023. Now you filed a false report to authorities?!? That's a civil suit. Your service is horrible this is why. You cannot use my private information as retaliation for a rotten review.

I came in recently for a cashier's check, and the teller was super condescending. Given his young…read moreage, I think he was simply over zealous in stating every tiny detail of the transaction to do his job perfectly vs. having perspective of how he was coming across and who he was addressing. No drive up ATM here, just one in-person one which always has a long line when I stop by. The location of this branch is near Southcenter. Tip: Don't come here on a Friday afternoon/evening. Holy cow, talk about a hundred people descending upon a place at once. Do your banking at another time and save yourself standing in line and trying to get in/out of the parking lot.

Worst Experience Opening a Business Account!!!! Two appointments and they didn't open…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple visits to this Wells Fargo location, I feel obligated to warn others -- especially those looking to open a business account. We scheduled an appointment in advance to open a business account. When we arrived on Friday and checked in, we waited until Emily, our assigned consultant, approached us around 4:00-4:15 PM. She immediately informed us she was running behind with another client and might not be able to see us. We offered to wait, which we did -- and after about 5 minutes she became available. However, by the time we actually sat down with her, we were already 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, through no fault of our own. The first obstacle: Emily asked whether we had our business documents printed on paper. We had everything in PDF format and offered to share them digitally. She refused, insisting on physical printouts only. We suggested printing them at the nearby UPS store -- literally a minute away -- which we did. More time wasted. By the time we returned and sat down to actually open the account at 4:18 PM, Emily made a point of mentioning that her shift ended at 5:00 PM and she would "do her best." This felt deeply unprofessional given that she had spent a significant portion of our appointment time with other clients, causing the delay in the first place -- leaving us with barely 40 minutes to complete the process. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome -- as though the staff was looking for any reason not to serve us. Near the end of the process, Emily asked about our citizenship. We explained we are Ukrainian nationals but hold all the necessary U.S. documents: business paperwork, ID, Social Security, and a Wells Fargo card. She said the system was flagging our Ukrainian documents and that she couldn't proceed without a manager -- who happened to be absent that day. She scheduled us for a follow-up appointment on Monday and said she would call to confirm what documents we needed to bring. She called the next day and said no additional documents were needed after all. This was frustrating and frankly absurd -- as if we have nothing better to do than drive back repeatedly for appointments that could have been handled the first time. Monday's appointment was no better. We arrived on time (again, they were 15 minutes late -- the second time this happened). A different consultant, Lily, took over. Unfortunately, my husband had forgotten his physical ID and only had a photo of it on his phone. We asked if his Wells Fargo card could serve as identification -- it could not. We then asked whether we could open the account under my name only, since I had my ID. At that suggestion, Lily let out an audible, heavy sigh. That said everything. To summarize: -- Two appointments, both started 15 minutes late -- Staff who visibly did not want to serve us -- An unnecessary trip to UPS to print documents that turned out not to be required -- A consultant (Emily) who appeared to be doing this for the first time and didn't know basic account opening requirements -- Zero professionalism, zero warmth I have banked with Wells Fargo before and never experienced anything like this. This specific location is not equipped to handle business account openings -- neither in terms of knowledge nor customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone, and especially not to those opening a business account for the first time.
