No drive up ATM here, just one in-person one which always has a long line when I stop by. The location of this branch is near Southcenter. Tip: Don't come here on a Friday afternoon/evening. Holy cow, talk about a hundred people descending upon a place at once. Do your banking at another time and save yourself standing in line and trying to get in/out of the parking lot.

Worst Experience Opening a Business Account!!!! Two appointments and they didn't open…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple visits to this Wells Fargo location, I feel obligated to warn others -- especially those looking to open a business account. We scheduled an appointment in advance to open a business account. When we arrived on Friday and checked in, we waited until Emily, our assigned consultant, approached us around 4:00-4:15 PM. She immediately informed us she was running behind with another client and might not be able to see us. We offered to wait, which we did -- and after about 5 minutes she became available. However, by the time we actually sat down with her, we were already 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, through no fault of our own. The first obstacle: Emily asked whether we had our business documents printed on paper. We had everything in PDF format and offered to share them digitally. She refused, insisting on physical printouts only. We suggested printing them at the nearby UPS store -- literally a minute away -- which we did. More time wasted. By the time we returned and sat down to actually open the account at 4:18 PM, Emily made a point of mentioning that her shift ended at 5:00 PM and she would "do her best." This felt deeply unprofessional given that she had spent a significant portion of our appointment time with other clients, causing the delay in the first place -- leaving us with barely 40 minutes to complete the process. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome -- as though the staff was looking for any reason not to serve us. Near the end of the process, Emily asked about our citizenship. We explained we are Ukrainian nationals but hold all the necessary U.S. documents: business paperwork, ID, Social Security, and a Wells Fargo card. She said the system was flagging our Ukrainian documents and that she couldn't proceed without a manager -- who happened to be absent that day. She scheduled us for a follow-up appointment on Monday and said she would call to confirm what documents we needed to bring. She called the next day and said no additional documents were needed after all. This was frustrating and frankly absurd -- as if we have nothing better to do than drive back repeatedly for appointments that could have been handled the first time. Monday's appointment was no better. We arrived on time (again, they were 15 minutes late -- the second time this happened). A different consultant, Lily, took over. Unfortunately, my husband had forgotten his physical ID and only had a photo of it on his phone. We asked if his Wells Fargo card could serve as identification -- it could not. We then asked whether we could open the account under my name only, since I had my ID. At that suggestion, Lily let out an audible, heavy sigh. That said everything. To summarize: -- Two appointments, both started 15 minutes late -- Staff who visibly did not want to serve us -- An unnecessary trip to UPS to print documents that turned out not to be required -- A consultant (Emily) who appeared to be doing this for the first time and didn't know basic account opening requirements -- Zero professionalism, zero warmth I have banked with Wells Fargo before and never experienced anything like this. This specific location is not equipped to handle business account openings -- neither in terms of knowledge nor customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone, and especially not to those opening a business account for the first time.

Kurt Bell of Home…read moreStreet Bank is a Mortgage Broker with them and he has gone out of his way to help us in this process! We have our current mortgage through our Credit Union and have no problem with them. It's just that FHA has a lot of different programs and credit unions are not allowed to work them for some reason. We went to see Kurt on a recommendation of a friend. He let us know about a refi and remodel loan called a 203K and helped us through the incredibly involved process to apply. Our house didn't end up appraising at a high enough value to get that loan but we will be able to qualify for a loan that will save us over $300/month on our mortgage!! Home Street Bank is one of only a few banks that is allowed by the federal government to service these loans. We like our Credit Union because it's not big business and it's not a bank. Home Street feels like a small bank without all of the bad juju that banks tend to come with. No one is trying to get us to get a credit card, etc. We're really happy to have found them, and especially Kurt Bell!
