But I wish they treated regular clients with a bit more grace and at least make us feel like we matter. Poor experience today. We wanted to open an account. They were understaffed, it seemed, with only two tellers and one consultant. We were told there were no appointments for that day and did we want to schedule for another day? TBH, this was a first being told to come back when the purpose was to open a new account. That should be, imo, the ONE THING that a bank can always see you right away about. read more

I would give this place a zero if I could. We had an appointment and checked in. The manager said that he would be with us shortly, after 20 minutes she went to go check on him and even took his client so that he could help us, but as soon as he left his office, he went and helped somebody else. If you were ever thinking of switching to this bank, I'd highly recommend not coming to this location, im actually regretting choosing this bank myself. No matter what time of the day you call, they never pick up the phone. I just needed a DBA on my business account, which takes 5 minutes to complete. The woman talked to the MANAGER about it since they couldnt squeeze me in and he said he couldn't give me an exact time the following day, but he'd call me later in the evening that day or early the next morning to let me know. Never got a call or even a follow up. Tried calling a few times to see what the issue was, of course no answer. This locations bank is completely in disarray and unprofessional, I only gave one star because 0 wasn't an option. read more

Maybe it's just been so long since I've had to physically come into a bank thanks to the magic of modern technology and apps, but wow! The lines here are ridiculously long and they only have 2 tellers and a banker. Now normally that wouldn't be far fetched, but on the first week of the month where payday comes and rent is due it seems silly not to have more people around to help. BECU is calling my name ..... Very poor customer service. Had to drop off rent for my landlord and the woman that "helped" me was incredibly rude. I have a disability where I can't use my arm or hand so it's difficult for me to write out the deposit slip. The teller will usually do it for me but not this jerk. Not only wouldn't she assist...she kept getting annoyed that I didn't fill it out correctly. I will never set foot in this bank ever again. read more

This Chase Branch was a part of the Tukwila community before I moved here with my fiancee in 2011. I was always in and out at the bank - no problem. Then in 2013 a terrible thing happened to my family and I had to make some difficult financial decisions and the bankers at Chase Tukwila were my strength. If you have read any other reviews on Chase and their mortgage lending - this all goes without saying. If you have not, let me share my current experience with you. We found Hallie at this branch and she seemed as though she could make the process streamlined in applying for a home loan. Right out of the gate, communication was lacking and multiple times we have been asked to provide documentation they already have. After getting her manager involved, the promises and agreements that were made during a conference call never came to fruition. This happened more than just a couple of times. When they say they will call back in a few minutes, they really will not. That rings true for your contact along with their manager (both Eric and also Dean). When we went with another lender, we picked up our documents from Hallie. Mixed in with them was other people's documents. Fortunately for that person, we discovered their information was mixed in with ours and returned it to the banker before leaving the building. No wonder why they ask for things several times. And who else has my documents?! Quite clear that information security is not one of their strengths. Save yourself the frustration and go to a mortgage person who appreciates your business and has their stuff together. read more

I have never been a fan of Chase as a financial institution. That was until my work started having me make deposits at this location. I make a min if 1 max of 3 deposits here a week. And the staff is so friendly and helpful. Iv created a bond with 80% of the tellers here. I enjoy it so much that when the lines are long i dont get impatient i check my email and wait till its my turn. The vibe in there is plesent and upbeat. I have even thought about opening a personal account here as well. read more

The most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever had, especially being a financial institution... I was in to freeze my account because my card had been compromised and was receiving erroneous charges. While I was speaking with the customer service representative, the BRANCH MANAGER was throwing paper airplanes at the assistant branch manager, laughing far too loud for a bank environment, and making inappropriate jokes. He seemed to be perturbed when he was interrupted from his games by the representative helping me and made an audible SIGH when he got up from his chair. When he was asked to assist with my account predicament, he treated me as if I did not matter to him one bit. I had the misfortune of needing to return the following day for reasons relating to the above issue. He THEN took it upon himself to help me directly and admitted he should have helped me the previous day. During our discussion, rather than apologizing for the issues that were happening, he openly remarked about the negligence of the original customer service representative who helped me the day before. He carried on about how he had no idea how his rep could screw up my account so bad (Gee, maybe it's because the rep is under POOR management?!?!). Needless to say, I have since closed my account with Chase and would never ever ever recommend ANYONE to do business at this branch for any reason whatsoever. read more

The only reason I'm giving this branch 3 stars is because of a couple of the tellers. Other than that their management has horrible service especially the personal. When you look at one of them all she does is stare back. I was waiting in line for a merchant transaction. There was one person is in the merchant line and another in the regular line. I waited until the regular line was cleared and the teller was about to to help when the manager said no that u had to wait for the merchant even though there was no one else in the bank! Wtf?! So I had to wait another 10 minutes behind someone who had an issue all the while I could've been helped and been out of there. Finally the other teller told me to come up after he helped someone else that came AFTER me. Most chase banks will usually just allow me to go up to any teller if their merchant teller is busy or if there's no one in the bank. You guys need to learn to prioritize. I have to go to the bank and go back to open my store. I don't have time to wait for nothing! read more
