I wish I had checked the reviews before I signed up. But I was so anxious to get rid of my son's stroller and car seat because he outgrew the stroller and I needed to make space in his room. The stroller was a high end stroller valued at $400 but it was in great condition. These people value your item at a higher price, only to deduct from it every two weeks. I even checked frequently and they were lowering the price before the week has even ended. I do have screenshots too. Now the payout I got for my car seat was $7. After they deduct pickup fee and another $10 fee. The stroller is now being priced at $79, by the time someone buys it, I'll only get maybe $20 if I'm lucky. I could've and tried selling it myself, I only wanted $100 for both items. Also considered buying a stroller from them, or trading but after the deceitful tactics, no way. You can't even speak to a live person, red flag. They only communicate via email. Why? I'm sure you guys can't be that busy. I will never sell myself short again, doing business with these people. I bought a new nice CHicco stroller for $140 from Cookies. They've always been a great brand and good quality strollers. Save your items and business. On my Giant, they found a backwards jockey wheel, but I was also charged for derailleur adjustments multiple times and later learned the actual front shifting issue was a bent chainring. At one point it was suggested that I might not be shifting correctly, but the problem turned out to be mechanical. They also adjusted my saddle and stripped the bolt in the process. After multiple visits and additional issues, I lost confidence in the quality and completeness of the work.

He then rattled off a bunch of other sizes before finally going to the back to get one. When he returned, he handed me a single tube, priced at $10. I asked if there were other brands or options, and again, more attitude. He told me it's all rubber anyway and questioned why I even cared. At checkout, I gave him cash and asked if he needed anything else. He said I owed him 88 cents, so I gave him a dollar,and he threw the change into my hand so carelessly that it bounced off and fell onto the counter. No apology, no decency. Do yourself a favor: skip this place. There are plenty of other bike shops where the staff will treat you with basic respect, actually help you, and not act like you're bothering them by being there.

I had the exact same style and color in high school. Back then, I thought I was fresh as a Tic Tac in my NB's, herringbone chain and jeans. A wonderful and very patient store clerk named Alex, helped me pick out the perfect size and he even laced them for me. JD Sports has several sneaker styles, sweats and active wear for all ages. I was all set to purchase, but the mechanic (I believe Luis) had me get on the bike and said I needed to size down. He then did an impromptu fit to get everything dialed in. 3 years later, the bike rides like a dream and is a perfect fit and has brought me years of enjoyment.

Unfortunately, for one of his builds, I did use them to get some components that I couldn't source other places and around every corner they drop the ball. We were not notified that parts were on backorder, even though it said when I ordered that they were in stock and would ship within a few days. Another part they ordered the wrong size and along this process, they never let us know what was going on. I had to call to find out why I hadn't received something in a couple weeks and then again to figure out where his stem was. They never returned our calls, which meant I had to take extra time out of my day to call back numerous times. It is unfortunate that they are such a large distributor of Colnago bikes. There's no way I'm going to support this place again. They don't deserve my money and I'm upset about the thousands of dollars I've spent there thus far. It won't happen again.
