I called the next day to say I wanted to exchange it for one that was not broken. He accused me of dropping it. I told him I did not drop it. I offered to send him a photo so he could see the screws were rusted. and the base was broken and separated, and the salt lamp part was fine, he could see it was not dropped. I just wanted to exchange it for another one. He said, no, it was my problem that I dropped it. It was fine when he put in the bag. I again said I will bring it back and he can examine and see there is no evidence that it was dropped, and I would like to exchange it. He refused. I am only giving one star because I had to in order to post this experience.

My Dr. Was out of the office so I couldn't get in to be seen, bummer but everything happens for a reason So while browsing Good ol Groupon I seen the Salt room & read the following on their website sounded interesting and I'll try anything once halotherapy - uses aerosoled salt. The size of the particles is the same as in natural salt caves. When breathed in, these particles penetrate deep into the bronchial tree where the antiseptic properties of the salt can work on mucus and infections. People can experience improvement of bronchial drainage, that is, bronchial tube cleansing. salt room was developed, a room where the walls and floor are covered with salt and a halogenerator blows crushed salt particles into the room providing all the health benefits that a natural salt cave would. Well even better my little guy who is 8 has had a lingering cough & they said it's safe and perfect for children ! I was excited to hear this & so was he I guess children respond faster than adults do and let me tell you he did not cough all night !! and when we walked out of there we felt 60% better I'm not wheezing & starting to feel better this place rocks ! Give them a try The staff was friendly, clean waiting room, short wait what more can you ask for. Oh and the have an apothecary shop if your into that sort of thing

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this float spa's Tempe location…read more I was previously a loyal member at their Scottsdale location from 2020-2021 and had wonderful experiences. After moving away and later returning, I reestablished my membership and began visiting the Tempe location. Until recently, my visits had been positive. A month ago, I was involved in a serious car accident and needed to pause my membership while recovering. I communicated this with management and was told my account would be paused. I was also told I could still float during that time. In fact, I came in the week prior to this incident and had a seamless, excellent experience. However, my most recent visit was completely different. When I arrived for my scheduled float, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff member, Jeremy. From the beginning, his demeanor made me feel unwelcome, as though I did not belong there. He insisted I update my card before I could proceed, despite the fact that I have an active membership and a valid card on file. I explained I could update my card later, or he could use the existing card or a gift card on my account--but he refused all options except my gift card which he didn't want me to use unless I gave him a different card. I explained to him the card on file was fine. Ultimately, I was forced to proceed under stressful conditions, which completely disrupted what should have been a therapeutic experience. My float was filled with anxiety, and I ended it early--something that has never happened to me before. After my session, the poor service continued. I was given tea but then left unattended for over 30 minutes. I was not offered any of the post-float amenities included in my membership, such as oxygen or the salt cave. I eventually gathered my belongings and prepared to leave. As I exited, Jeremy called out to ask if I wanted to schedule another session, then told me I could not return until I updated my card. This was both confusing and inappropriate, especially since I had not been billed, nor had any payment attempt been made on my account. When I tried to calmly understand the issue, I was met with dismissiveness and escalating rudeness. He ultimately directed me to email the manager, then abruptly ended the interaction by slamming items and walking away. I left in tears. As a person of color, I cannot ignore how this interaction made me feel. I have never felt this way at this business before, but this experience raised serious concerns about how I was treated and why. I contacted the manager, Amanda, and was initially blamed for the situation. Only after further clarification did she apologize, stating she had not been given the full story. While I appreciate the apology, the damage had already been done. I have since canceled my membership. Paying $200 per month should come with professionalism, respect, and care--especially in a wellness environment. No client should ever feel disrespected, dismissed, or unwelcome. I will not be returning.

Drove 40 minutes to this location for absolutely nothing. The staff was rude and unwilling to help the situation. I will never go to this or any True REST Float Spa and will make sure no one I care about does either. This was supposed to be a gift and was nothing short of a nightmare.

10 out of 10 Weight…read moreloss after Covid was not what I expected... For the longest time, I felt stuck. I thought I was eating "right," but my body just wasn't responding the way it used to. The weight wouldn't budge, my energy was off, and honestly... it was frustrating. What I didn't realize? My body had changed -- and what used to work, just wasn't working anymore. Working with Jennifer at Me Time Spa completely shifted that for me. She helped me understand something so simple but so important: I wasn't eating enough protein That one change alone made a huge difference. And the best part? She didn't expect me to make complicated meals or spend hours cooking (because let's be real... I don't have time for that). She gave me practical, easy ways to eat better, stay consistent, and actually see results. Add in the accountability and the GLP-1 reset... and it's been a game changer. If you feel like you're doing everything "right" but nothing is working -- it might not be you. It might just be that your body needs a different approach now. I went from 220lbs size 18 to 192lbs size 12! I can't even explain how my body has his Agree changed. The weight is a little high, which I don't care, but my body fits into a size 12, which I have not been able to wear since I was in high school. The weight and the tone of my body has completely changed and obviously that comes also with age!!! This has given me the confidence I needed.

I was excited to join her because I could really use some relaxation. The massage chair did just the trick. They have a new AI option where the chair scans your body and focuses on the areas as you need. I've had plenty of massages and you can tell when your body is released some of the toxins and this chair definitely did that. We loved using the salt room since we came together. We were allowed to share it so we got to catch up and have some much-needed girl time. The red light bed runs for 15 minutes and I'm pretty sure I may have fallen asleep for a little haha. My mom did a foot detox at the end and I can't tell you how surprised we both were. The water went from clear to a mucky Brown with a layer of sludge on top. So gross and satisfying! The staff here is really awesome. They were super helpful and accommodating and not pushy at all about joining. My birthday is coming up in August and I'm hoping my husband will give me a membership. Fingers crossed! Either way, I'm sure I will stop by in the future.
