Thin crusted, with generous amount of prosciutto and arugula, and just enough shaved parm and balsamic to give it that little extra something. Everything just worked together perfectly. Totally satisfied my pizza craving. They usually have specials on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and even weekends, but Jason let us know they didn't have them that night because the kitchen staff had been working events all day and needed a bit of a breather. Totally fair, and everything we had was still great. The date was already lovely, but then came the sweetest surprise... they brought us Cinnamon Sugar Baci on the house!! Fresh fried dough tossed in cinnamon sugar with Nutella on the side as dip. The dough was soft and pillowy in every bite. So satisfying!
