Our consultant Renee Rozzi was excellent. Very professional and spent hours getting to know what we wanted to do in our home and gave us great choices and information on new flooring options and that was before coming into our home. She was very professional and followed all covid-19 recommendations. We felt very safe in our house. She brought many many samples base on our discussions and we were able to really pick what we wanted and knew what it would look like. Installation was a good experience. Again installers were respectful of our home and in our home. The installation was done 2 days earlier than budgeted but was done well and professionally. We have used Molyneaux twice within the past year. Both times from the Monroeville location on Golden Mile Highway. They carpeted the upstairs of our home in November and we were so happy with the carpet that we recently had them carpet our new sunroom. Alison Conley was understanding of our immediate needs to tear out the damaged carpet and padding (also previously purchased at Molyneaux), and get it replaced in a timely manner with something very similar to what we had been enjoying before. We just had our basement carpeted by the McKnight Molyneaux and it was a wonderful experience from the very start. Our consultant was Stephanie Wagner and she was great! She brought samples of exactly what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable regarding the differences between the samples.
