We are pleased to provide an outstanding review for our flooring experience with Molyneaux tile, carpet and wood. We had a little trepidation in opening our home in the context of the pandemic but from the very beginning, with the initial meeting with our Design consultant, Malik Vincent, we knew we were working with an extremely professional organization. Malik guided us in making the best decisions for our first and second floors in our homes given our lifestyle and needs. And masks and social distancing were always observed. The hard flooring and carpeting teams were also highly efficient, respectful and hard working. Molyneaux has employed individuals who are gifted in their respective areas and the results are beautiful. Even the plumber who was called upon to help with the hard flooring installation in the bathroom went above and beyond what was expected and asked of him. And the proof is in the pudding. Both my husband and myself, but perhaps, most importantly, our teenage boys, are all extremely pleased with the finished products. Molyneaux receives our highest recommendations and would use them again with no hesitation whatsoever!!! Aileen Oandasan, M.D. read more

We visited the Molyneaux location on Golden Mile Highway 3 years ago when we were looking for hardwood floors for our kitchen and dining room, which was the first time we met Allison Connelly. From the start she was wonderful and had excellent advice and a great eye for color & coordinating everything. We were thrilled with the results. Recently when we were ready for new carpet, baseboards & entry floor, we knew we wouldn't go anywhere else and only wanted Allison. She had excellent color suggestions and even came to our home with samples. She is a true joy to work with and a real asset to your team. Once again we are very happy with the results, especially with Allison. Cindy and John Salerno Natrona Heights, PA read more

I had the pleasure of working with Allison after meeting her at the Molyneaux booth at the Pittsburgh Home Show in the Monroeville convention center. I wanted to carpet my living room and she was more than accommodating around my work schedule to come and show me samples at a time that worked for me. I could tell that Alison was really good at the work she does and has a passion for feeling the room and decorating with color to help me pick a good match that fit both my style and my budget. She took her time with me and explained her products and features. If you're looking for a great value and excellent down to earth service, look no further and get in touch with Allison at Molyneaux out on route 286 in Plum! read more

Our consultant Renee Rozzi was excellent. Very professional and spent hours getting to know what we wanted to do in our home and gave us great choices and information on new flooring options and that was before coming into our home. She was very professional and followed all covid-19 recommendations. We felt very safe in our house. She brought many many samples base on our discussions and we were able to really pick what we wanted and knew what it would look like. Installation was a good experience. Again installers were respectful of our home and in our home. The installation was done 2 days earlier than budgeted but was done well and professionally. We will definitely use Molyneaux again!!! read more

I have many years of decorating, rehab, renovations under my belt and I think I finally found a company which beat my expectations on product and service. Malik Vincent at Molyneaux made this experience effortless for me. In the past, I've never even considered suggestions by sales/design in any of my projects, but Malik came to my home and immediately knew the perfect carpet. I am so thankful for Malik's talent and knowledge. At the point of not wanting to go on with any more projects because of the poor service I've received from others this past year, Malik changed that around. Seriously, If you are looking for a pleasant experience with anything Molyneaux handles, use them. read more

I recently hired Molyneaux to install carpet at my new home. They came highly recommended from my parents. My design consultant, Derek Richard, was exceptionally helpful from the beginning. At the store, he was able to provide me insight on what kind of carpet I should look for in my home. He then scheduled a home consultation, and he showed up on time and very prepared. His eye for color choices was impeccable. He had my rooms measured and ready to go in a short amount of time. The installation team did a great job of keeping everything neat and left the room looking great! I would definitely use Molyneaux again for my future flooring projects! read more

Megan was my sales rep and did a wonderful job. She was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable in the product. She measured and gave me on the spot quotes to fit my families need. She even helped figure out our financing options. We matched my carpets very closely and I will be signing a contract with her on the 23rd. I cant wait to see the new carpet. Molyneaux as a whole is a really nice business. I even received a hand written letter from the owner thanking me for my business. I was very touched and it made me feel like a valued customer. I will be using them again and I will recommend them to all my family and friends! read more

We have used Molyneaux twice within the past year. Both times from the Monroeville location on Golden Mile Highway. They carpeted the upstairs of our home in November and we were so happy with the carpet that we recently had them carpet our new sunroom. The salesman Malik Vincent was wonderful and gave us some excellent advice on types of carpet - it feels so good on barefeet and we are very happy he helped us to choose it! Their installers were professional and moved furniture when needed and the jobs look fantastic! I would highly recommend therm and definitely would use them again! Shelley E read more

My wife and I remodeled our kitchen and were having a hard time deciding on the backsplash. Molyneaux of Plum PA told us they would send a designer to help us. Allison was our designer and brought a few samples that she thought would look good. She worked with us which gave us the confidence we needed to make the decision. The end result was beautiful and my wife and I are extremely satisfied. If you are having a hard time with design, I would highly recommend working with Allison. She made it much easier for us and are very pleased with the result. read more

The team at Molyneaux made our water damaged basement carpet replacement a breeze. Alison Conley was understanding of our immediate needs to tear out the damaged carpet and padding (also previously purchased at Molyneaux), and get it replaced in a timely manner with something very similar to what we had been enjoying before. The installation crew of the "Russel's" were polite, friendly, and took the time to continue providing the excellent customer service, ensuring we had a great experience beginning to end. Highly recommend! read more

We just had our basement carpeted by the McKnight Molyneaux and it was a wonderful experience from the very start. Our consultant was Stephanie Wagner and she was great! She brought samples of exactly what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable regarding the differences between the samples. Turn around time for installation was slightly under what was quoted and even the installers were early on the day of installation! We LOVE our new carpet and look forward to using Molyneaux for all of our flooring needs! read more

She was professional by being punctual, accurately measuring and showing us carpet samples in our home. She maintained communication with us from the decision period through the installation. I used Molyneaux years ago when I redid my kitchen. They did a fabulous job on the ceramic tile floor and the backsplash on my stove. When it came time to carpet several rooms in my home, I knew I wanted to go back to Molyneaux. Darryl came to my home with samples. They have a fabulous selection, and their installation crew is professional, friendly, and gets the job done right. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Molyneaux and Allison for my new carpet! The whole process was smooth and stress free, from picking out the carpet with Allison to the installation with the two gentlemen that did a flawless job. Another great feature is that they finance, unlike some of the other competitors that i looked at. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family/use them again! read more
