We just moved into the area 3 months ago and we were in need of a "sprinkler repair" expert with reasonable rates. I was very hesitant to place that call and get a person out here, however I finally took the plunge. I was desperate and in need of irrigation in my front yard. I decided to use a local company (Montebello) and that's how I came across Moloian Plumbing. David answered and to my surprise came out within the hour. Big plus for this Mama. He was not what I expected, in a good way. He was communicative, friendly, professional, and quickly figured out the issue. He quoted me a very reasonable price and with that said, I had a new water spigot to connect a hose, plus working sprinklers, to my surprise. He was very willing and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using him again in the future. He gave me a 2nd quote to change out the old valves, change a few sprinkers heads and get the automatic water system up and running. He made me laugh because he said, "all you should do is walk by (sprinkler system) and say, Hello!!" I may just take him up on the offer. read more

David (Moloian) came out on an emergency call and fixed a leak under my sink like a total pro. He also replaced my old garbage disposal that needed to go. I will absolutely call him again and happy to refer him to anyone and everyone. read more

Highly recommend, fast clean courteous. Responds quickly and commitments always made on time.

My lawn was pretty much dead. I tied installing some new sprinkler heads, but quickly realized that there's a bigger problem, and I need a real professional to resolve this situation. David came over, and voilà -- the entire sprinkler system is fixed and working!! David patiently explained everything in detail, and showed how to maintain the whole thing without breaking a sweat. I feel lucky and grateful. Thank you, David! read more

I needed a licensed plumber for a large commercial job and was referred to David. As busy as he was he came through for me and replaced an underground 80 foot water line. David and his crew worked so hard to finish the job asap! Thank you and I'm glad to refer you! read more

Called to have Moloian Plumbing check out a leak from my ceiling. David called back immediately and arranged a time to come over. He immediately saw what the problem was and fixed it, however, it wasn't the upstairs toilet that was causing the leak, it was the bathtub outflow. He had to come back the next evening to get the parts to fix the problem. Not only did he fix the problem he went over and beyond removing the old caulking around my bathtub and re-grouted the entire area. He did not charge for the Toilet since it was not the problem. He was very courteous and demonstrated excellent communicative skills when he was running late. He was very busy with other clients, but always was up front when he was running late. I cannot say this to too many contractors, but Moloian Plumbing is super reliable, reasonable in his pricing and trustworthy. Great job David. You will be going in to my contact list for future jobs! read more

David Moloian is highly recommended. David is a pleasant and hard working man. So kind and caring of my need to have a garbage disposal replaced. When talking to David he stopped and listened to what I was saying giving me feedback on the disposal. He gave me a price and the time it would take for him to do the work. Highly recommend David for any plumbing work. I will definitely keep his number handy. Thank you David. read more

Had my gas shutoff due to a gas leak, so I needed immediate service. I called multiple plumbers for a quote, and David's was the most reasonable. He charged a fee like all others to determine where the leak was, but if you decide to use him for a repair, he will credit that towards the repair. David was fast and honest with his work and he did not try to overcharge me. I had repair estimates from other plumbers, and David's was the most reasonable. He even gave me a discount from the original quote after all the work was done. I will definitely use him again for other services. read more

David responded very quickly to my request for a quote. I was stressed out from a leak but he assured me that he would arrive shortly to take a look at the issue, which was a huge relief! As soon as he arrived he was very comforting and offered to fix the leak for a fair price. While he was fixing the leak, I asked about other plumbing concerns. David actually was able to fix those issues as well! It was pretty amazing. I feel like he went above and beyond to ensure that my homes needs were met. It was a comfortable interaction, without any additional pressure or unexpected charges. I would definitely recommend this company. I will be requesting David for any future plumbing needs. read more

Had trouble with my main drain, installed a cleanout, snake drain to street, ran camera down drain to make sure it was all cleaned out. Very satisfied. Will use again. Thanks David. read more

Had a leak on top of my kitchen, called and David was able to come over that evening. He inspected and was able to determined the source of the leak. Helped fix it and was able to point out a flaw in the main drainage pipe which he fixed too. He told me the option of whether to fix it or not and for the price, it was smarter to fix than wait for it to wreck the house if it were to occur. Preventative maintenance is always better. Affordable price and was quick. He took safety precautions with covid, had his mask on the whole time. Would definitely call him again for future needs. Thanks David! read more

We needed some work done around the house, including some water softener work, replacing a toilet, replacing some shower handles and valves, and even installing some ceiling fans. Moloian plumbing did everything for us at an awesome price. We really appreciated how professional they were and the fact that they even showed us how to do some of the work so we could do it ourselves if we wanted. We've hired them three or four times before and they just keep impressing. read more

David always responses to my calls no matter how he is busy, and visits to give me help redundantly. His quality of work is way way higher than the price he quotes. Everytime I does something at my home, I am surprised on his perfectionism and engenuity. Strongly recommend him as a highly professional plumbing service provider! Intelligent, polite, friendly, helpful and Good Man! read more

My 60 year old house was needing plumbing repairs more often, so finally we decided to go with a copper repiping installation. After checking out the prices we were impressed with Moloian Plumbing's quote. The job was finished on time and has met all our expectations. read more

Had a wonderful experience with their services. I first spoke to David who set up the initial appointment for what I needed done in my bathroom and he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. Then I had received a call from Mike and he stated that he would be available within 2 hours of when he called. He arrived within the time frame that he stated, looked at my vessel sink and drain, assessed the work needed and gave me another date and time that he would return to complete the job (which was 2 days after the first visit). When he came to do the installation he completed the job in a timely manner and I was able to use my sink right away! Mike was very friendly and he explained everything simply. I am so glad I found Moloian Plumbing on Yelp and I will definitely call them for all my plumbing needs! read more

Moloian Plumbing has been a great company to work with over the past few years. We had some issues with a leak in 2016 and when Moloain Plumbing came out, they thought through what issues could be and weren't hasty with Cutting our walls immediately. They pinpointed the issue and made an "easy" fix. Their service in 2016 built trust with us and fast forward to the end of 2018 and we called them when we had plumbing issues. We will be certain to call them in the future, and refer them to any who need help. They have also serviced other units in our condos with excellent reviews. Thank you Moloian Plumbing! read more

I had 2 toilets backing up at our commercial building and needed a plumber fast. Called David and he came out and cleared the line and replaced old clean out that had been cemented shut! The job required a lot of extra work, but he did a fantastic job and was reasonable for the amount of work he had to do. He also sent pictures of the work progress since I wasn't able to be there personally. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing issues. read more
