This was my first time trying Molly's Cupcakes. My friend raved about them. She would make a special trip to Liberty Township to get one for her birthday every year. Since I was in factory 52, where they have a location, I decided to try one of their sweet treats. I ordered the S'more Cupcake and my friend got the Blueberry Cheesecake Cupcake. I'm a big fan of caramel and coconut together. So I was pretty excited to try my cupcake.. It was a chocolate cupcake with caramel and coconut filling and a dense, shortbread cook on top. It was rich and the filling was yummy but the cupcake itself was a bit dry. I didn't get a chance to try the Blueberry Cheesecake Cupcake, but my friend devoured hers sooooo. The customer service was very friendly and I appreciated the young lady's suggestion. There were plenty of cupcakes to choose from, including peach cobbler and red velvet. I think I'm going to try that Peach Cobbler Cupcake the next time.

So many cupcakes so little time. There are lots of different flavors. Cookie and cream , peach cobbler, s'mores samosas and vegan varieties. They also have chocolate covered Oreos and cake pops. Have a sweet tooth this is a place for you.

What a fantastic addition to the ever-expanding Factory 52 Gatherall in Norwood, OH! Each type of eye-tempting cupcake has a comically-written bio! I settled on the peach cobbler cupcake on my first trip and the chocolate decadence cupcake on my second visit. While I typically LOVE chocolate, and am very picky about fruit options for fear of an artificial taste, the peach cobbler cupcake absolutely won me over and wowed me!! Later I found out why- this cupcake won Cupcake Wars! The vanilla cupcake alone is delicious, but when paired with peach cobbler filling, whipped topping frosting, and a real peach slice on top- it's the bomb! Highly recommend!! I was happy to learn that Molly's Cupcakes uses fresh fruit in both the peach cobbler and the creme brulee cupcake! An Eclair cupcake is available which I have never-before seen such an option at any cupcake shop. Cake pops, small & round cheesecakes are available too! Additional location at Liberty Town Center.

I am severely disappointed with the experience I had at this bakery. I've heard, for years, this is…read morethe best in Cincinnati, so I decided to use her for my wedding cake. We went to the wedding tasting and I was underwhelmed. We paid a deposit anyways and planned use her despite being underwhelmed because the cake was our least important thing. However, we decided to cancel our wedding and elope in another country, thus no longer needing a wedding cake. I called her to let her know, didn't ask for our deposit back even once, although she made sure to repeatedly tell me that the deposit is non-refundable. I never asked for it. Instead, I asked to apply my $75 deposit towards a birthday cake for my son instead. She said I would just have to pick it up no later than our originally planned wedding date. No problem. His birthday was the same weekend anyways. About a month before I was supposed to pick the cake up, I got a phone call telling me I hadn't shown up to a design session, but I had nothing on my end saying I was ever scheduled. I had canceled the original session, and the day she called me wasn't even close to the original date, so I was very confused and apologized because I thought that maybe I had made a mistake. Fast forward to yesterday, I called to see if my cake was ready for pickup, as I like to confirm things before wasting my time and gas. She told me that "all cakes for today are ready" but never even asked my name or tried to confirm my cake was there. I hung up with her a little surprised by her lack of professionalism but still trusted that she was on top of things. The next day, today, I went to pick up the cake and she didn't have it. In fact, she didn't have any of my paperwork or anything. I had to call my fiancé to have him send me a photo of our original paperwork (which I didn't bring because I was no longer picking up a wedding cake). Eventually, she found my original order attached to someone else's order. She said that we have the same initials and she must have mixed them up. To me, that's just poor observation skills. So there I was, picking up a cake that wasn't made but "lucky" for me she had a 1/4 sheet chocolate cake in the back she would ice and write on. Knowing that this was pretty much my only option at this point, I went with it. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. My deposit was $75, the cake actually cost $45, and I bought 2 number candles for $8.50. I was very overcharged for this plain, ugly cake and was still charged for the damn candles. Never again will I recommend this bakery. I had wanted to support a local, woman-owned business, but I can't in good conscience support this one. She's disorganized, rude (she told a customer in front of her brand new employee that she wasn't good at using the register -- the look on that poor girls face broke my heart), and doesn't pay attention to important details, which is why this mess happened. I've attached a photo of the cake I got. I'm giving 2 stars because she did, at the very least, provide me with a chocolate cake.

I first went to Braxton Brewing which is located in the heart of Factory 52 in a seperate building from the food hall. The vibe in there was super cool and hip, and they had very friendly service. The drinks were great and it was nice to sit outside at the time. It was pretty slow but it was a Friday mid-day. I then went to the food hall to look around and see what they had. There are a ton of options! I landed on Shango's and got some really good nachos. They had the perfect amount of toppings that didn't overpower the flavor. The bar inside the food hall is super cute and I am intrigued to try more drinks from them later, but this time I got a gin and tonic for a quick drink. It was very well made and good. I really like the vibes at Factory 52 and I think it is the perfect place for so many different occasions such as doing work, going out, or spending time with friends.
