We had the best Easter brunch buffet ever ! The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. Our grandson, loved it as well , and you can't beat the ambience of the whole property.

Want to gate keep this place but I just had to say what a magical experience. The food is amazing and fresh and the staff is beyond kind and welcoming

This is a charming restaurant on a country road on private property...a long time North Kitsap institution, family run out of their home, it's a true Mom and Pop operation with a seasonal, sophisticated menu. Seating and hours are limited, reservations required, dinner is served twice a night, at 6 or 8. The food is always superb, service gracious, I've never been disappointed. Their current menu is attached - I can't decide between the Gumbo or Stuffed Pepper...

My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner and it was very cute, the service was excellent, and I liked the eclectic decor. I also enjoyed how small and intimate it felt. All of the guests cheered and clapped when a guy proposed to his girlfriend and wished us a happy anniversary when the owner welcomed us in. I also loved the live piano player. It is really small inside and I didn't see them turn over a single table (although it was midweek) so I think they intentionally keep things small and exclusive. You should definitely make a reservation. Now, all of that being said, I was really looking forward to eating here because I heard that it was the best restaurant in Kitsap County. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed, perhaps because my expectations were so high. My husband ordered an old fashioned and was very disappointed. We got some cheese puffs things, a soup that was very similar to caldo Verde, a summer salad with fruit, the ling cod, the pork chop, and a chocolate semi frozen mousse, and a crumble for dessert. Everything was good, but not great. The sauce for the puffs was cold, they would have been much better if it was warm. The soup was a little underseasoned and the bread it was served with was nothing special, kind of tasteless. The salad was good and the fruit in it was fresh. The ling cod was served in a miso broth which was visually unappealing and again not as flavorful as I would have liked. The pork chop with mustard was excellent, no complaints! Same with the crumble. The chocolate mousse was decent, but didn't quite hit the mark. I think I wanted it to be a little bit more chocolatey, like darker and richer. Overall, it is a nice place, great staff, decent food, but unfortunately not worth the price. I would go back again in the spring or summer, if only to go see the gardens during the day.

What a perfect setting for a summer dinner. The garden is lovely. Started with cocktails and a delicious Caesar salad and chilled melon soup. Entrees were ling cod and scallops. Everything was delicious! The service was well timed and friendly. We couldn't choose between the two lemon desserts so we had them both. Can't wait to return.

Loved the atmosphere here! The restaurant appears to be inside a home so there is only about 8 tables. In my opinion it's the fanciest restaurant in Kitsap. The food was delicious and super high quality. They have an awesome mixed drink menu as well as various wines. The desserts are made in house as well! The menu changes weekly also so the pictures are just to show you how high quality their food is! Reservation only. As of October 14th, only cash or check is accepted.

Beautiful garden, delicious food (and priced really fairly), lovely staff, just all around a special place. I had been a loyal Mossback fan in Kingston, and have been trying to find a replacement the last couple of years since it closed. I can't believe I didn't know about Molly Ward until somewhat recently (I've been in Kitsap almost 10 years!). Now I'll be a regular. The owner and chef personally delivered my food and referred to me by my name, which is such a special touch. All the staff were fun and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

I don't even know what this is, but wow!

Hot damn!! If you're on the peninsula, either as a visitor or resident, this colorful, elegant and incredibly unique dining experience is an absolute must. For a tiny kitchen they put out big ideas and absolutely delicious dishes! I got in early and enjoyed a glass of wine while wandering through the incredible gardens. Just WOW. The staff is friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The ever changing menu means you never get bored but the quality never changes. Simply a must.

The pickled radish balanced the bone marrow so well, and the flavor of the marrow w the seasoning was a great balance of savory flavors. The Santa Maria Plate had chicken, picanha, skirt steak, and sausage, but we asked for the extra surf and turf that came with scallops and prawn. The meat was very well prepared, with specific high marks for the skirt steak. Perfectly cooked and had that charcoal flavor you just can't recreate. The resateaunt is situated next to an art gallery and offers views into the gallery which is such a nice design touch and adds to the overall ambiance and experience. I really enjoyed the roasted beets and the grilled calamari - I would highly recommend ordering those. I wasn't particularly a fan the steak lettuce cups. For dinner I ordered the Picanha. I would happily order that again - great flavor from the fat cap and I actually couldn't even finish it. My group also ordered the duck confit from the fresh sheet, the salmon and the steak salad, which they enjoyed. We also ordered dessert. We had the cheesecake and the sorbet. I'm a fan cheesecake already and Charcoal's cheesecake just added a spin with the carmelized pineapple. I don't live in the area, but I would add Charcoal to my list if I did!

I was looking for something that was close to the light rail as I was coming from Edmonds. I got there early and Carl welcomed to me with a glass of delicious champagne at the bar. When my friend showed up we were promotly sat at our table and started talking and catching up. We started with the prosciutto which was delicious, served with slivers of Parmesan and triangles of watermelon with grilled bread. We shared the mixed salad and it was perfect because it had a light dressing on it and was generously proportioned .My friend ordered the vegetable risotto and I had the scallops. Then we had the chocolate ganache with pears - yum!!!. Carl was a very attentive waiter; we didn't feel rushed at all, and we both left with our hearts and our bellies full.

Everything is immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. If you're a bourbon lover, this place is paradise. Their collection is incredible, but what truly sets them apart is the service. The Bourbon Curators, Ms. Hannah and Mr. Tommy, along with our amazing waitress Ms. Sassy, make you feel like a VIP from start to finish. They welcome you with open arms and create a personalized bourbon journey -- teaching you about flavor profiles, history, and how to discover different palettes you never knew you had. It's not just a drink menu... it's an experience. And the food? Michelin-worthy. We shared the Autumn Chicory Salad and the homemade Autumn Mushroom Pasta -- both beautifully crafted, rich in flavor, and perfectly paired with the bourbon experience. Every bite showed off the kitchen's talent and passion. We were actually recommended this restaurant by strangers we met at the Seattle Space Needle -- and wow, did they steer us right.
