Dr. Tran mentioned that she would fax over my grandmother's info. and patient referral for CATARACTS surgery to the Worcester Ophthalmology Associates office. Her eye exam was scheduled on May 18th, 2025, it is now August 5th, 2025 and I'm still playing telephone tag trying to figure out if the information was ever faxed. I just spoke to Warby Parker corporate and they mentioned that management at this location NEVER responded to send over the information to the WOA after I called at least five times to follow up. This is unacceptable, I'd recommend not wasting your time as Dr. Tran and the management here do NOT care to pick up calls from WB corporate or follow up even AFTER requesting that they confirm with me once the information has been sent to the WOA office. We paid 100% out of pocket to only receive 75% of the actual service. These people are disgusting and unprofessional, a complete nightmare I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Some country tunes playing in the waiting room and really friendly staff great you. Dr.McLaughlin was SO wonderful - saw me right on time, explained every step of the exam, and even helped me look up a new contact solution I was considering. So glad that they take my insurance (Harvard Pilgrim) AND they're just a few turns off of 395.
