I cannot recommend Motivations 24/7 enough. Before reaching out to Andrea, I had been getting sick and couldn't figure out why. I started noticing a little bit of mold in my home, and while searching for answers, I came across Andrea's Instagram. What immediately stood out to me was how knowledgeable, genuine, and inviting she seemed. It was around 2:00 AM when I reached out to her, not expecting a response until later, but to my surprise, she answered right away. By the very next morning, Andrea was at my home conducting a thorough mold inspection. Andrea helped me identify the source of the problem and explained everything in detail. We ultimately had to remove a portion of the affected area where the moisture intrusion was coming from, but it was absolutely worth it. It has now been six months, and the health issues I was experiencing have completely gone away. I am so grateful for her expertise and guidance throughout the process. What makes Andrea different is that she doesn't just focus on mold. She takes a comprehensive approach to creating a healthy living environment. She educated me about mold, asbestos concerns, air quality, and other factors that can impact your health long-term. Her attention to detail and commitment to helping people is truly exceptional. If you are dealing with mold concerns, unexplained health issues, or simply want peace of mind about your home's environment, I highly recommend Motivations 24/7 and Andrea. She is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. Thank you, Andrea, for helping me get my health and home back on track. read more

My grandchildren were constantly getting sick and our pediatrician asked about possible mold in the home and that's when we found Andrea. That same day she walked in we started to get answers and found we did have mold and our air Quality was pretty bad! She also brought to my attention the odd smell in the kids' room, which I attributed to the age of the home. Boy was I wrong! Andrea conducted intense testing in every area of our home and got us the answers we needed. From there, she presented a clear plan to tackle the problem. She was straight-forward, communicative and very pleasant to deal with. She made sure we had a clear understanding of the plan and she didn't waste any time and things got started right away! If you are searching for solutions for mold in your home, I highly recommend Mold Solutionz 24/7. Andrea always picks up the phone and her fees are very reasonable. She also works closely with licensed qualified contractors who are involved from the start and together they see to it that the mold is removed and the repairs are done, so that everything is ready in a timely manner. Our home feels different and definitely smells different and I can even sense that the air quality is greatly improved and the best news is that no one has been sneezing or coughing anymore!!! read more

If you're still debating who to call for mold remediation, let me save you the trouble. THIS is the company. Professional? Absolutely. Thorough? Beyond. But what really makes them stand out is that it's a woman-owned business breaking into an industry that's usually run by men and doing it better. They don't just show up, they show OUT. From start to finish, the communication was clear, the work was spotless, and the peace of mind? Priceless. Trust me, you don't want to gamble with mold but you DO want a team that actually cares and delivers. read more

Andrea is incredible! She validated everything I have been going through and also helped me find the mold in my apartment. Having worked with other inspectors, she was the most efficient and thorough. She found moisture and mold in areas that others overlooked. She knew exactly where to look to get the most accurate results. For example, she showed me a small crack in the corner on my bathroom, which one would have never expected had high counts of mold. She is very knowledgeable and insanely detailed. Her work is top notch and I could not be happier with her services. If you are struggling to find a good mold inspector and/or remediator, look no further. read more

My husband and I reached out to get a mold inspection after having concerns about the apartment unit we are living in with our two babies. We were able to get an appointment with Andrea the same day. With how concerned we were about the mold and water damage of our unit it felt so comforting to know that someone cared and wanted to act fast. Andrea was quick to come, extremely professional, had great communication, and was extremely well prepared. During our first home inspection, she was very thorough in testing the entire unit and documenting everything. She answered all questions we had and was very informative and helpful. We are very pleased with our experience with this company and with Andrea. She has been so kind and a pleasure to work through this very stressful time with. When it seems like no one else cares, having someone who isn't necessarily a friend or family show care and consideration for you is very comforting. We are confident we are getting the best care. read more

Nick and Miguel were awesome! I had a small pipe leak behind a wall next to a bookshelf. I actually caught it while taking out a board game and noticed that the box was wet and had a bad odor. Nick came in for a free estimate. We decided to go with him and glad we did. He was genuine and real. He had the mold removed and dried. It took about a week and a half. They only do mold, so to fix the pipe, I had to call in my own plumber or they can refer you one. Both Nick and Miguel were very professional and comedic. They completed the job in its entirety without any issues. The peace of mind of not having mold is wonderful and I had a pleasant experience! read more

This company is legit! I have used Andrea multiple times and she has never failed to be anything but professional and kind. The first time I called Andrea to come do a mold inspection she unfortunately found quite a bit of mold. Not only did she walk me through every step of the process but she went above and beyond and left me with multiple resources -phone numbers and emails- so that I was able to find a mold specialist doctor and a lawyer to help me in my case against my landlord. Since then every time that I have moved I have had her come to test my living conditions. She is an absolute sweetheart and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I truly believe she does this to help others and I don't feel like she takes advantage financially of her clients as many companies are prone to do. I recommend her for every person who is concerned and or confused about mold in their house and the process it takes to remove it. Thank you Andrea!!! :) read more

I called this company to come and do an assessment for mold in my apartment. Andrea the lady who came not only charged me $700 but didn't know anything. Basic questions like where the lab work was done, she couldn't even answer. I'd call another company that actually knows what they are doing. read more

First time with mold remediation for me. My inspector recommended them for mold. Good team coordination between initial / main contact and boots on the ground. The attention to detail to get all areas clean and dry worked well. The site was left clean and contained during the work timeframe. They were efficient and had good follow through along the process. read more

nicholas (owner) came to my house in a timely manner, and was clean, polite, respectful- and most of all very honest. free estimate- and he told me i,didn't need expensive/extensive mold abatement. Personal opinion: This was our worse experience ever with a contractor. This is a Man who has a bright and cheery personality, used to charm prospective clients. Don't let the personality get in your way of making wise business choices. It took more than 4 months to complete a project he said would take 3 weeks max.It was almost 3 times the cost (which was paid in full) of what his first written estimate was. He made so many excuses as to why it was taking so long that my Aunt has said "you should write a book about it...no, wait, it would be too heavy to lift, let alone read!" He promised to deal with the insurance company stating he had decades of experience with insurance companies and he would deal with it - and now, almost 9 months later, our insurance company or us, have not received what we need to resolve the insurance claim. It has been just awful. He said he took all these pictures through the process and has all the receipts for everything he purchased but when requested, MANY MANY times, we have not received any of the pictures or any of the receipts or any itemized final bill or completion statement. During the process he told us many times he would be there to have his crew finish and I can recall only twice that he actually came at the day and time he promised.... On a 4 month project. We would BEG for him to come and that didnt work for months, So so so MANY broken promises. And he did this to an 87 year old woman and her seriously ill daughter. So you be the judge if that is ok with you. It certainly is not ok with us. Be sure to check his contractor's license and insurance if you still are considering him. I did my best to warn you! read more
