Great service - they did it while I waited without an appointment. Later that day I had a flat on another car. Took it over to Erickson and they again took care of it on the spot. Yesterday I had them put brakes on my work car. Cost less than a 1/3 of what the local dealer quoted. Plan on getting all my maintenance done here from now on.

I dropped by a few months ago to get an estimate for resurfacing all four roters. I also wanted a tire rotation and they said that they would include that for free since all tires were already off. Although this sounds like it should be free since it doesn't require more work, other places were trying to charge me. At a local private mechanic he priced me over 120 dollars for resurfacing just the two front roters with a tire rotation. No thank you! Impressed by the price, I finally made it back to this Les Schwab two months later. I made an appointment for 11am. When I went in they greeted me immediately. I told them what I wanted and the price that I was given last time ($90.00). The waiting room is stocked up with magazines, trashy ones to automative ones. They even have free coffe and popcorn for customers, and a tv. It was a comfortable wait! Once they had all tires off and got a better look they told me that I needed to replace the roters all together, but that I had 50% left on my breaks and could keep going, that it wasn't necessary to replace right now. The understood the financial situation I was in and instead of being pushy were advising me the way that was best of my bank account. I was so impressed at how honest the mechanic was. I asked him how hard it was to do myself and he brought me back to show me some stuff on my car to help walk me through it. He then put my tires back on for me, rotated, free of charge. I will definitely come back to this Les Schwab when it is time to replace my breaks. They were so honest and trustworthy, and that is impossible to find in a mechanic. I would recommend them to anyone in the area, as they are friendly, honest, helpful, and understand the needs of their customers. The staff was welcoming and made you feel like a friend! Daryl (the owner) is someone I felt in my heart was an honest wholesome man. And the technician (i believe his name was Dan) was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on a single thing. When I picked up my vehicle I was slightly nervous because we all know there's always some sort of bad news you hear after work is done. "This needs replaced asap, thats broken and will break down if not replaced soon" and quotes are prepared before you even show up. NONE of that occurred. I wasnt targeted to be upsold on a single thing. I didn't get the typical lecture of needing to spend hundreds of dollars in the near future. Dan told me everything checked out well, ran my payment and they both wished me a great evening! I came home and told my boyfriend if he ever needs work done he doesn't want to do, to take it there.
