I was scheduled to meet with Anne for a consultation about IPL for sun spots on my face. She was so patient and kind, not to mention she seemed very knowledgeable about Asian skin! She was honest with me and told me that IPL would not be the most recommended treatment for my spots because I have such delicate skin, but suggested a different service (which wasn't currently available but would be in a couple months). I appreciated her honesty and having my best interests in mind even though IPL is what I thought I wanted. Being a healthcare professional and having seen many doctors I was almost a little taken aback by how Anne attentive was, like I wasn't used to it or something lol!
