The place was quiet and very clean. The masseuse, Jasmine, gave me an excellent hour massage with hot stones. The owner, Liz, and her son greeted me on my way out. Short version: Judy gave me the best massage of my entire life…read more Long version: It's all in the details with this massage. I got a 50 minute massage, and Judy made sure to ask what I felt comfortable with beforehand and if I had any problem areas. During the massage I got warm pillows on my back, a heated massage bed, and when it was time to be on my stomach, something to cover my eyes, a warm neck pillow, AND the bed was adjusted for maximum comfort. All that being said, Judy used pressure in ways that got the knots out but didn't make me want to cry. She used multiple techniques (fingers/arm/etc??) at the same time so there were different pressures and feels as the massage went on. I have no idea how to explain it but she has magic hands! Trust me!

They told us to strip down to our underwear (in a much more polite way). this part might be TMI but I was wearing a bra and thong. I was laying on the table face down so of course they kinda freaked when they walked in and saw my butt cheeks. They gave me a T-shirt and shorts to cover up. I should have probably worn more conservative underwear, but clearly I wasn't thinking when I got dressed that morning. Meanwhile, my boyfriend was in his boxers the whole time. Overall, the massage was great. They massaged us for exactly an hour. It was also nice being right by my boyfriend. I didn't want it to end.

She truly listens to me and notices how I move and hold my body. Her evaluations are sophisticated and her execution is sublime! Do yourself the favor of giving her a try. You won't regret it!

Lights off. No staff. Nothing. Their sign said Sunday "By Appointment Only," yet apparently even when you have an appointment, no one shows up. I called their Bethesda location, and the first receptionist claimed we weren't in the system--even though I booked on Wednesday at 2:22 PM (I checked my call log and took a screenshot). Someone took all of my details including my credit card, but somehow my appointment "didn't exist." Then the owner got on the phone and said she actually could see me in their system but didn't know what happened. She blamed a software switch on Tuesday... but I booked on Wednesday. So that excuse made no sense. Her only solution was to ask if we could come tomorrow. No, we actually can't--because unlike her business, we plan ahead. I took the weekend off from my real estate schedule to celebrate. We booked a hotel in Tysons, hired a dog sitter, and made a whole day of this. And it was completely wasted. What really stunned me was the total lack of care. No apology that felt meaningful. No attempt to make it right. No offer of a complimentary service. Nothing. I'm a business owner myself, and I would never handle a mistake like this this way. Our anniversary plans were basically ruined because this spa didn't bother to honor our confirmed appointment--or provide any real remedy afterward. Don't waste your time or money here. If they can't handle a simple booking, I wouldn't trust them with anything else either.

After my session, I came out feeling much better than before (and very rested). The store was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also liked that the store has a shop in the front for purchasing wellness products, and that they also offer other services like massages and other health/beauty treatments.
