At Scoom you get a decent offer of fresh food such as several salads, wraps, sandwiches and fruit cups. Big bonus are for me the vegan options. I got me some vegan soba with tofu and was satisfied. All herbs are fresh, the noodles well seasoned and not greasy. YASS! I recommed you this place if you need something fresh and nice very quick to go especially when you are around there for uni because the food is muche better than the trash they serve in the library's canteen.

The beer (we ordered a Pilsner) was the best that we had tried in all of the Berlin and Dresden restaurants that we visited. I believe it is from some small private brewery affiliated with the restaurant somehow. Whatever they are doing, they are doing it right, so definitely order the house beer. My favorite is the chai latte, which you don't get that easily in a quality like this. Everything is prepared freshly; at Alexanderplatz you can watch them work behind the scenes. The only downside: there's not really a quiet place to sit down.

Als ich dann beim verlassen des Cafés den Lieferanten mit "frischem" Nachschub für die Küche sah, war ich ja fast schon froh das ich nur den Lachs auf Brot bekam, da ich denke dass zumindest das Anrichten des Ganzen noch irgendwie etwas mit kochen zu tun hat. Die Lieferung beinhaltete mehrere Kisten mit transparenten Kunststoffschachteln wie bei Lidl, mit gefüllten Teigtaschen, fertig panierten Cordon Bleu oder Schnitzel oder ähnlichem, bereits fertig gebundenem Grünzeug für Salat oder zur Teller dekoration... Ganz großes Kino bei solchen Preisen!
