I just thought this burger restaurant was just ok. There were people waiting for this restaurant to open so that's always a good sign. The restaurant was spacious so not overly crowded. On to the food. Classic burger - cheeseburger - good Fries - good Sweet potato fries - decent Chicken tenders - decent Truffle burger - truffle cream sauce, whole mushrooms, hard shaved cheese, rocket, lettuce and tomatoes: Decent. It would have been nice if the cheese was melted. The mushrooms kept falling off the burger since it was whole mushrooms. It was easier to eat with a fork and knife. Get the sauce on the side. Some issues we encountered: Lights to the bathroom and in the bathroom were not turned on so you had to use your phone flashlight or a watch flashlight. No paper towels in the machine in the bathroom besides the towels by the wall (but didn't see it because it was pitch dark in the bathroom) It was hard to order more water for the table. read more

After a long travel day, I stopped in for dinner after checking in to my nearby hotel. The server who greeted me first told me it would be about a 20 min wait as I was solo and did not have a reservation. I don't know if he took Pitty on me but my wait was more like 5 minutes. He walked me to a table and directed me to the QR code on the menu to access the English language version. The menu had an extensive list of burger options, salads as well as loaded chips/fries. They also offered some nice combo options in which you select the type of burger you want and then are offered the opportunity to build a meal with chips ( fries for us Americans) or a salad as well as a drink. Slightly different price point for the type of beverage you choose. They also had a nice selection of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine I splurged and ordered one of their frozen yogurt desserts and really enjoyed the tangy yogurt flavor. I ordered a simple smash cheese burger and a beer and while it was not mind blowing, it was flavorful and hit the spot. Dropped by this burger joint after the Berlin marathon to get a celebratory beer and burger. Since I didn't have a reservation, I had to wait about 20 minutes. I got the Doppelter Peter (double burger), but I wish I had just gone with something simple like the Kase-Speck. The double burger was just too much meat. The beer and burger weren't the best, but they did hit the spot and we were just happy we could even get a spot after such a large event in the city. Food was excellent, not once have I finished a full burger along with fries. The sauces are delicious and so are the drinks. I had the Mango Tango burger; highly recommend it. This restaurant saved my husband and I. We arrived in Berlin on a holiday and pretty much everything was closed.... We were starving and wandered aimlessly for over an hour trying to find some food. This spot was surprisingly open on Christmas Eve day in Berlin. Definitely great for groups and the inner decor is really nice, modern and inviting. The atmosphere of the place, as imagined, fit the name of the place - it seemed pretty trendy and a bit chain-restaurantish. For a burger spot, I would say its pretty good, but I honestly wouldn't rate it as highly as a In and Out or Shake Shack (definitely not Five Guys). However, the fries (or "chips") did come with a selection of sauces/dips; we chose the jalapeno cheese with turned out more spicy than anticipated and quite a good surprise. Would definitely recommend as a place to eat for those looking for easy choices and not having to fuss and dig through a menu. read more

We were attracted to Peter Pane based on how busy it had looked from the outside. Although the decor was reminiscent of Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream, the food and cocktails were less than impressive. After 17:00, they offer a "burger special" where you pick any burger, side of fries or salad, and a cocktail for an extra 7.50€. When you do the math, it's not that big of a discount so you may as well skip the overly sweet cocktails and opt for a beer, which is actually cheaper. We had ordered the Classic with salad, Vegetarian Sweet Yam with Avocado Cream, and a side of sweet potato fries. The latter was probably the best because the burgers were just average burgers. The Peter Pan lost boys concept was very stylish although not really sure how that fit into burgers. After 2 weeks in Europe we finally decided to try a burger and fries. The fries tasted like back home. Yay! The burgers were pretty good but tasted a bit like frozen patties. The brioche bun and the sauce was very good. We were delighted to see bottles of condiments on the tables. So far Europe has been a little stingy with their condiments so this was nice. The menu was in English. We walked by a huge line and smelled the food and were unable to resist. The interior is super fun and decorated to look like the island of lost boys, I assume. Amazing burgers and lunch specials. If you're used to medium raw, make sure to ask. They don't ask how your meet should be cooked because it's cooked all well done. I usually eat medium rare but I've tried theirs well done and it was delicious. Well seasoned, juicy with the sauce combination and the bun is soft and well matched. Did I mentioned great lunch special ;) the soft drink could be a small beer (after asking) plus you get a hot drink after the meal. If you have a sweet tooth try their hot chocolate. Atmosphere and burgers are great. I lived in the US for 25 years but I would say that I had one of the best burger at this place. The cocktails are good too and they have an outdoor patio and a kids menu. Will definitely come back. The only negative comment I would make is that they don't allow to modify the menu package options at all. I tried to order a Sprite for my 14 year old daughter and HAD to pick an alcohol free cocktail which she didn't like. She also couldn't pick the kids menu because she was over 12. Not ok.
