Being from where I am, I do know a truly good burger, even with a twist, like ones intended in Shiso Burger. Burgers are tiny, and while the meat (I had Wagyu) is fresh, bread is not properly toasted, sweet potato fries and regular fries were soggy and tasted like it's either frozen pack simply warmed up in not very fresh oil, or simply ones that were prepared couple of days ago... the only reason I give three stars is because of our waiter, who was friendly and attentive by Berlin standards.
