There is an egg bar where you can get freshly-made omelets, scrambled eggs, or other egg options. (I don't eat eggs, but my colleagues had nothing but good to say about their eggs.) You can find American breakfast foods, such as excellent bacon and sausage. There are good choices of breads and cereals, including croissants that you must have more than one of because they are so good. How much butter goes into them? I did not ask. Good selection of juices, coffee, and tea, of course. The buffet is not cheap: we paid 43 Euros each day we ate there. You can make hotel reservations that include breakfast, and the cost adder is less than 43 Euros. You just need to eat every day to justify the expense. I don't think it will be hard to eat daily.

Had the deluxe version with cheese and bacon and fries at 16,5 €. The patty itself had great steak taste to it and where grilled perfect and the lettuce, cheese and bacon where fine too. What really brought the burger down from a 4 star to a 3 star was the pre-fabricated bread that was not up to par with the rest of this nice tasting burger. Talked to the canadian owner (who was very nice and friendly) about the burger and what i found to be bad bread. He said he knows it not as good as the rest of the burger and that he is constantly looking for a baker to do a good "home made" burger bun but that its really hard finding a baker like that in Berlin. Anyway the burger and fries where good as where the cold german beer and the cocktails. Friendly staff and nice looking bar makes this a place i would come back to. Another short note is that the price of the burger was roughly 5 € or 30% higher then the burger at "The Bird" we had the next day. Even do it was a bit on the sloppy side it was a better burger overall at a much lower price. So i think a price adjustment down a few euros would be good for business.

My other friend ordered the pastrami salad, another the Reuben, and another their vegetarian sandwich. It was here that I discovered one of my favorite German Beers, Bayreuther Hell. My friend ordered lemon and ginger tea and was given hot water with a real lemon wedge and ginger root in it. I noticed that this is common in Germany. This one is right on the corner, off Kurfürstendamm. When you walk through the front door, the retail shop is on the left and the restaurant is on the right. The store is open earlier than the restaurant, so they have a red rope in front that staff move once open. The ambiance is the same as any other Hard Rock Cafe. They have the usual photographs of musicians on the wall. I sat at a table right under a photo of Sting. There's a small car in the back and one of Robert Smith's guitars hanging on the wall near the kitchen. When I walked in, the host asked if I would be drinking only or ordering food. They wish to seat customers at the bar when it's drinks only. There are also tables outdoors, but because it was raining, I sat indoors. I ordered a blackberry sangria and fried chicken sliders. Both were good. My drink tasted better than my food. I was full afterwards. The sliders were a little larger than expected. It was like eating 1-1/2 of a regular sized sandwich. Staff were great. The thing is, most of them are very-very mediocre. The atmosphere isn't that great, this service is generally not that good, and the food is, (how can I say it), boring. This being said, the Berlin Hard Rock Cafe really has a lot more to offer than many of the other ones stationed in cities around the world. The thing that I noticed most about this Hard Rock Cafe is that the food here is very good. The service here is also very good, as well. In association with Servers that are very friendly, very nice, and really take care of their customers. Thus, among all of the remaining Hard Rock Cafés that I've been to over the last couple of years, the Berlin location really stands out. The design of this place was ok, it's nothing special but comfortable. The burger is ok, just tasted a bit commercial to me. I like their smoothies and ice coffee. Just like other fast food restaurant, you can get your food in a short amount of time. If you have to catch a train or it is just a short lunch break, I think this place is not a bad choice. Because of the location, it very easy to get to anywhere you want or need from here. The S- and U-Bahn station is really close. Personally, I like this place, it's a good place to cool down and rest a bit. The restaurant have no toilet or washroom itself, but the one form the mall is very close by. The thing is going to those toilets there are cleaner inside expected tips from you, my friends told me is a choice for people to give or not, but usually when I don't give, they stared at me badly, sometime just even saying some bad words. So I just simply decided not to go when I having my nice food here.
