Moe's Grill is like the one episode of the Simpsons when Moe tries to expand his business by making it a family friendly place called "Uncle Moe's Family Feedbag" If you like good food, good fun and a whole lot of crap on the wall then come on down to Uncle Moe's Family Feedbag At Moe's they serve good ol' fashion cooking deep fried. Now that's Moe-like-it! So bring the whole family... or at the very least the ones that work on the Fox Pico Lot. Just no old people, they're not covered by his insurance. And remember the guarantee, if he's not smiling when your check comes, the meals on Moe! Come to Uncle Moe's for Lunch fun. it's good good good good, good good good While you wont see Moe come out with a basket of scolding hot fries on his head, you still can get those same fries and enjoy a really tasty lunch. Perhaps the only thing lacking here was the Flaming Moe. But this is in the new building at the studio lot, so perhaps we don't want to burn it down just yet. It was a really shitty day. I mean, really bad. I'm talking about Rupert Murdoch kicking your dog type of bad day. And the fine folks at Moe's Grill turned it completely around. Got up to tell the grill master what I needed and he already knew. I guess that means I come here often enough. Saw that I was a little on the dumps and put in extra bacon and cheese on my burger to kick it up a notch. Much like a good bartender, they get to know your order and make it quickly in front of your face. I wouldn't call them a friend. More like a well-wisher, in that Moe don't wish you any specific harm. But they make one hell of a great burger that can cheer you up. How could you not be happy eating at an Establishment that has sophisticated drawings of the Moe's Tavern Bar regulars on the wall. Much like Moe's Tavern, you'll go in there with your troubles and by the end of lunch, they'll be floating away with a filled stomach. Besides that, the Grill is located within viewing distance of the New York outdoor sound stage. So you can enjoy your lunch while you look down to a typical New York street block.

Moe's used to be open late (until around 8pm), but now the hours are a bit wonky. They usually close around 2:30p M-F but stay open late on random days. Could never really figure it out. The sandwiches here are a good deal because you can put anything they have in it without extra charge. My usual is the italian sandwich with sprouts, chipotle aioli, havarti cheese, avocado, and get it toasted. So good. It's a pretty loaded sandwich so it lasts me about 2 meals. Also the cooks will make you anything they have ingredients for. I've ordered carne asada fries, grilled chicken and veggies, grilled cheese, and I'm sure much more. I've also heard that they make chiliquiles on Fridays with the bombest mole sauce.

I came here a few days ago to visit my cousin who works at Fox Sports. When she said we were meeting for lunch, I assumed we were going outside the area to a restaurant. I was surprised to see that there were several charming cafeterias around the studios. Moe's is great. The staff is very friendly, there's several choices on the menu, and the cafeteria itself was clean and organized. I ordered the veggie burger and it was delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant mainly because of the theme. Who doesn't love the Simpsons?

This Simpsons themed cafe is located on the lot of FOX studios. Unfortunately it is not open to the public, but for the FOX employees and the guests of FOX studios. The cafe has specials that change daily, and the food served is an upscale cafeteria style food. One of the specials I had was tri-tip with steamed carrots and mushrooms with gravy. Another day I had fried chicken with mixed rice and egg rolls. Both were tasty, however the meats had a lot of fat that I had to cut out.

Oh Moe's, as a long time fan of the Simpsons I wasn't sure the namesake eatery would rank as high in food points as comedy points.

I got my go-to flavor, the Espresso Delux Hokey Pokey. Personally, I find this flavor to be more rich in flavor, but less sweet than the original Hokey Pokey. Plus, as a coffee-lover, how can I say no to coffee?!?! The ice cream was smooth and creamy, while the coffee flavor was noted with each bite without being too strong or overpowering. There was also a slight note of tanginess to it. It was topped off with crushed bits of chocolate covered almonds and toffee/honey comb flakes. In my opinion, this was the highlight as the toppings complimented the ice cream. You get the smooth and creaminess from the ice cream, yet the crunchy, chocolatey and nuttiness from the infused toppings. Now that's a heavenly bite. Highly recommend checking this place out whenever you're at Century City mall. It's located on the 2nd floor, right outside of Macy's. There's plenty of seating inside and the store is overall quite clean. Staff have been super friendly during each of my visits.

I had the California Orange cone. It was dreamy orange soft serve with candied orange pieces. Ah, those were so good. It also comes with dark chocolate pieces, but I asked to have it made without. The cone tasted a bit blah, so that was the only part of the treat I didn't care for. The service here was spectacular. I think it may have been the owner, but he gave me the whole walk-through of the brand and the flavors. He gave me a sample of the most popular Hokey Pokey. It was too sweet for me, so that's when I went with the California Orange. Throughout my visit as I was eating my cone, the mood was kept up with some cool Rolling Stones tunes being played on the record player. Then the record can to the end, he turned it over. A very lovely experience! Overall, I would definitely come here to try other flavors and take in the cool ambiance.

Vibe: Super cute and aesthetic--very on-brand and Instagram-worthy. It's not a huge space, but there are a few tables if you want to sit and relax for a bit. Drinks: I tried the cold brew and it was definitely on the stronger side, which I personally liked. They also have different flavor options, so you can mix it up depending on your mood. Price range: Expect about $5-$8 per drink, which is pretty typical for specialty coffee in this area. ‍ Location & parking: Located inside Westfield Century City, so parking is just mall parking (easy but can get busy depending on the time). Final thoughts: Great spot if you're already at the mall and want a quality coffee with a fun vibe. Not a huge sit-down café, but perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Would definitely come back to try more!!

Then I noticed Chamberlain Coffee right in front of us, and there was a line of people waiting, so we decided to try it out of curiosity. When I Googled it, it said that this coffee shop was started by some YouTuber. I had never heard of her before, and since I don't watch YouTube at all, I didn't know who she was. But seeing quite a few people lined up, I figured she must be pretty famous. So we waited in line out of curiosity and ordered three coffees: one espresso for my brother, one Americano for my mom, and an Orange Latte for me. Honestly, the coffee was just okay. Nothing about it felt special, and I personally didn't think it was that good. As for my Orange Latte, I could taste the orange flavor, but one of the staff, she sprinkled cinnamon powder on top without even asking me, which really annoyed me. I don't really like cinnamon, so I was irritated that she added it without checking with me first. The customer service made the experience even more frustrating. Later, I asked for an empty cup, and since there were a lot of cups stacked there, I was about to grab one myself. But the woman behind the counter told me she would give it to me, and handed me a cup with an annoyed attitude. The person who took my order was friendly, but the Asian woman working behind the counter was very unfriendly. What bothered me the most was that she sprinkled cinnamon powder on my Orange Latte without asking me. The Orange Latte really didn't taste good. It was just sweet, and with the cinnamon flavor on top of that, it was so unpleasant that I ended up throwing it away after drinking some of it. Also, the espresso was extremely tiny. After buying three coffees and even leaving a tip, the total came out to $20. I was really disappointed.
