I've seen people put stuff down and leave without buying, and I almost did that but really needed the item. Please get more cashiers or update your system to something more modern to move the line faster. Bright side, super fun to just walk thru and get your steps in on a hot summer day.

In general the prices here are decent and average compared to other craft stores. They don't offer coupons anymore. Which is a little disappointing but they do have good sales going on. The service from the employees was great. Very welcoming and willing to help with whatever you may need. I definitely will be back to this location.

I am a headdress designer and I live in Hawaii and there are no feather supply stores here so it makes it difficult for me to run my business when other companies don't have what I need half of the time, take a long time to get back to me (some take up to two weeks to put my order together!!!) or charge me ridiculous shipping charges (PnF gives you a variety of options to ship, which is very convenient). It was about 6 months ago when I was desperate to find a type of feather that I had to have in my hands within a few days in order to fulfill an order or I would lose the sale. None of my vendors had these feathers in stock! I frantically searched on google and then found the Plumes N' Feathers website. I immediately searched for their phone number and called them up. I left a message. I got a call back within minutes from a pleasant voiced woman named Paula (whom is always so helpful every time I need anything!). She was very knowledgeable and calm as I described my situation. Good news - they had the feathers I needed and could mail them out the next day!?!! My day had just been made, and my sale saved! The entire transaction was so quick and painless that after I hung up the phone, I actually got concerned that maybe they weren't a real company since I had just found them online and that it was too good to be true...When I got my feathers all neatly packaged a few days later, I was overjoyed - they really are this awesome!!!! Family-run business that has great service…read more I'm new to leathercraft, and I don't know the difference between 3 oz leather and 1.25 oz leather... chrome tanned vs veg tanned. I came in here looking to buy some scraps for a few projects I'm working on. The shop is run by a couple and their son. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by them and helped immediately. I dug through their scrap pile (which is actually organized by thickness and roughly by color), and found some good pieces. They didn't have one color I was looking for, so the owner offered to cut some for me. I didn't need a giant piece, so he cut me some smaller pieces and gave me a great deal. He even spent some time to go over the thickness and tell me the difference between different leathers. The scraps came out to $8 a pound, and the cut leather was $10 for 3 pieces roughly the size of standard printer paper, with varying thicknesses. Thanks Adrian! I'll definitely be coming back for all my leather needs.
