We have nothing but praise to say for their system and their service. 2023 Review: Today, I needed a minor service done on our water softening system and I received prompt and excellent service. Sabrina and Chris were helpful and professional both exceeding my expectations. 2022 Review: We appreciate their annual service of replacing the filters in our drinking water system. Every service person we've had has been super-friendly and professional. Today, Kyle replaced our filters and checked the equipment. He was great! He kept everything clean and properly aligned, from the soldering work to the P-trap for the brine discharge. The install looks excellent and was done right. We signed up for the water purification system and got it installed and when we signed up for it we…read moreasked for rent to own so that we could own it and super Culligan rent to own means two different things rent to own to us means we pay for it till we own it. Rent to own to them means you pay for it up. You pay for it up. You finance it and pay monthly on it yet. That wasn't offered to us when we got the system. So now since the representative that sold it sold us, the water purification system didn't sign us up correctly. Culligan came back and said the only thing that they can do is either we buy it out right which is paying $9,000 or they have to come and pick everything up. Remove everything they installed and tear up our contract and redo the contract and then come out and replace everything which is stupid. Why not just tear up the contract and redo it since it's there at all that their customer service representative didn't listen to us or sell us the product the way we wanted. We're just discouraged and disappointed with them in that way that they handled the business. We are very happy with our water purification system. It's a great system. It helps it works. It's wonderful. We're just not a happy with the customer service and with the management at Culligan to not explain things better or honor what we wanted in the first place but we asked for

Well about a month ago our water softener completely broke and was allowing salt to pass through it so I quickly hit the bypass and stopped the salt from passing. Unfortunately my wife and I quickly noticed how dry Our skin was becoming and how the water tasted and smelled like chlorine it was really quite bad. I have done my research and learned that the Hague Water Max was about the best water softer you could get so after talking with John at Aquas pure air and water he set up a time came over and installed the new Hague Water Max, didn't take long as I had an existing system and we couldn't be happier. The carbon filter inside the water Max is amazing our water smells and taste cleaner than ever he also changed the filters under my sink his prices are unbelievably reasonable and about half the price of the big box stores.
