And was also cheaper than some other quotes I looked around for. Thanks Efren!

From what started to be a professional passionate painter led to an unresponsive rude experience. I…read moream still shocked by this experience and would not recommend King's Painters. We hired them to get our entire home painted. We had a strict timeline to get things done as we were traveling. I know he told me he would try, and was showing up daily at 8am. Randomly Saturday night at around 9:26pm, he messages me that his guys don't want to work Sunday. Do you tell that to a customer via text at 9:30pm? I found that very unprofessional. A very unusually uncomfortable exchange of text messages went back and forth about reasons why they were not going to show up Sunday as previously planned. We felt stuck because we needed to get this done before we fly out so my husband told me to just stay calm change our plans but have them finish. We were not a small job customer. We paid almost $12k for the job. Anyways, changed up our plans to let them finish. He had done our railings and door for stairs. This was done last minute since we had to fly out. He said it will dry out. We were going to come back after a month, so we thought fine, let's leave it. We came back after over a month, the paint was sticky. It got on my kids hands and our clothes. I don't know what he used, but they all started to come off when we wiped. This was on May 25th. Texted him abd he responded that he will come back and do it. He said he would come back in 2-3 weeks by June 15th. Waited patiently. Followed up July 8th and again this passed Sunday on July 25th. No response. This is what led to me writing the review. I really don't care for them to come back to finish my railings anymore. I had earlier decided not to waste my time writing a review about the owners previous unprofessionalism, but now that he is completely being shady and ignoring my messages, I think people need to know that this is not the experience you deserve as customers. Work with someone else, but not these guys if you want a peace of mind.

We are putting our home on the market, but needed to get some things updated/repaired first. John understood our goal and worked within our budget to get everything done. He and his crew were very nice, showed up on time and worked neatly and professionally. Painting inside and out, even when I change my colors half way through? Check. Install a dozen light fixtures and ceiling fans? Done. Replace two water heaters, rebuild an AC return closet? John can (and has) done all of this and more for me. There is nothing I would not trust John Foster to do, fix or build in my home. I've already heard, we aren't responsible for damage, but there is this thing call neglect and due diligence to prevent damage which was not done by their crew. Debris from their work vehicle was just blown into my yard, flashing material was hanging from my trees. I'm being advised to seek legal action. So if you don't want to end up like I have with years and years of hard work totally wiped ou (yard). Do not even think about hiring these guys. I'm having my insurance send out and inspector because this much disregard for someone's property pretty much tells me the roof is probably poor quality as well. We have rain next week, I'm just praying I won't have even more damage due to this company. Sadly I have to give them one star. I would give them nothing if I could.

I was able to get the name of the place where the tiles were purchased so I was hoping to just buy some tiles and replace everything. Well, sad thing is our house is now about 7 years old now and that tile is no longer being produced. That stinks because I had ripped all of the tiles up...oopsies! I came in with a sample in hopes of finding something at least similar in print to what we already had because I REALLY didnt want to rip & replace everything. The associate there, I think her name was Barbara, was super patient with me and we went through each and every tile one by one to compare. Who knew there were so many shades of beige! A great thing about Pounds is that there's no minimum amount you have to buy. I had gone to another flooring store and they had a $100 min...all I needed was 10 tiles and maybe some grout. In any case, I had found a tile that was pretty darn close so I immediately placed an order at Pounds. I think it cost me $20 and shipment came within a week. Unfortunately, I didnt measure my tile beforehand and the tiles ordered were too small and didnt come in a larger size *pouts* So, I had to return the tiles and I'm still left with a tile-less area in my house. For now, it's got a rug over it. Even though things didnt work out, I had a good experience with them. They did mention that they get new stocks of tiles every so often so I'm hoping sometime SOON, they will have a tile in my size (or bigger) that matches!
