And to top it all off, not even 3 days later the gel polish chipped on on 2 of my nails. For reference I work a regular desk job and there's to activity that should have chipped them. Couldn't go in due to having a trip but extremely disappointed, especially for the price. Will not be coming back

Angie did such a great job on my nails, I will be returning anytime I'm in the area! She was so patient removing my old gel manicure, and shaped my nails perfectly. The space is really cute as well, very comfy chairs and great gel color options.

Thu is an incredible manicurist and has such as sweet heart and is fun to chat with. She educated me on why I was having issues with previous sets and that my cuticle and natural nail could benefit from a different shape. My favorite set in literal years. My nails look incredible and suit my hand so much better. She was great at checking in throughout the process to make sure everything was to my liking. As soon as we sat down immediately the nail techs are spouting off comments about our hands in Vietnamese probably without realizing I in fact fully understand it. So that already got my riled up. I understand how bad our hands may have looked, we had taken off our press ons before we went in but the comments were uncalled for 100%. The lady who originally started with me proceeded to hand me off to another tech who didn't really have a clue what she was doing. She proceeded to cut me with the e file multiple times as well as putting my nails in crooked telling me it would be okay and she would fix it. She in fact did not fix it and my nails are different lengths and crooked as well as faaaar from what I had asked for. Also pictured below is a nail she put on thats different then the others and has bothered me since I left. My friend had never really done her nails before except for press ons so it was definitely tragic that her first time had to be at this place. She wanted the duck shaped nails (which I understand most nails places don't have the tips of course) but the lady that was helping her tried to cut the shape that she wanted and was shut down by another lady, probably the manager, so she didn't even get close to the shape she wanted. The ladies that helped did our nails are nice people I'm sure but we both left super disappointed and angry. I would recommend 5280 or Glamour nails if you're looking for a place that actually takes their time and cares about your nails without the snarky comments in another language because they think you don't understand. My nail tech had really bad sinus and allergies and was really pushing her self to keep working. (not covid) I told her I would come back with medicine-- so i went to target and grabbed her some claritin non drowsy decongestant and she was so shocked that i actually returned! Then my tech--an older lady--got to the callus remover part and accidentally sliced my toe. I definitely felt something, but I wasn't sure what it was at first. She stopped immediately, didn't say anything, and kind of kept covering the spot and checking it. She had me put my foot back in the hot water and then just moved on to my other foot. No sugar scrub, no finishing touches on the one she hurt. Every time I tried to peek at it, she gently tugged my foot back. So I was trying to convince myself it wasn't that bad. Paid full price, tipped $10 because I used to work in service and I just can't not tip... and then the second I put my sock and shoe on, I realized oh no, it is that bad. When I stepped outside and finally got a look, yep--she really did slice some skin off. I'll post pictures, so if you're squeamish about blood, maybe skip those. I won't be coming back, but honestly, they did an amazing job on my friend's feet, so at least one of us walked out happy!

However it was highly over priced. The woman doing the pedicure did not paint my pinky toes. I have 4 pink toes on each foot and clearly a bare small pinky toe. I get it's a small nail but really at that price paint the nail! I'm disappointed as with tip it was over $100 for a pedicure. Next time I'll drive to my original spot. Lesson learned.

It was the WORST manicure I've had in my life and I've been having my nails done for 40 years! I told her my main concern was my jagged cuticles. Well...they were still jagged when I left. The entire manicure from start to finish was 17 min long. It was a completely awful experience and I would not recommend this business.
