I trusted Yelp and booked an appointment online. Kristine immediately made me feel at ease, asked me about my expectations and patiently explained her process. Kristine made sure to draw a line around my natural brow line so that I can envision what she was going to do. She did a nice job of cleaning up my stray hairs by first waxing then tweezing closer to the brow. So glad I found her! I am very low maintenance and she definitely did not upsell. She even checked if I needed breaks, and chatting with her made the whole wax go by so fast. For my first visit I got a Brazilian and underarms and I was very happy with my experience. I'll be doing this monthly and adding full legs to my appointments. The receptionists are great too, always ready to answer questions about packages or anything else, and the center is very clean. I used to like this place but after a few bad experiences I am done…read more For regular threading they are ok. For anything else you should avoid them. I tried their eye lash lift service. My technician took several photos of my face during the process. She asked permission but when you're lying on a table and waiting for someone to apply chemicals to your eye area it feels really hard to say no. It felt like I was there to help her promote her work and not to get a paid service. The end result was equally disappointing as I didn't like the barely there lift. I have gotten the same service elsewhere and seen a dramatic difference in my lashes. After this I decided to just stick to eyebrows. I went back and wanted a wax instead of threading. The result? I ended up with wax burn. My eyelid is red and it stings. Clearly they are not used to working with wax and don't even seem to own tweezers. I give up. So, yeah, steer clear.
