Within 10 minutes Dr. Bowen called back, and said he could see her at 11 AM. He and his assistant, Lynn, were very friendly and attentive. He offered us several choices, and my wife chose a skin graft - which he performed on the spot. He saw her several times in followup to be sure everything was going well.
