I continued to call him and the main office.. really just wanted to know what happened and why we were dropped after a first good impression. Never got an answer, never returned any calls even though i was patient and courteous.. At the same time this was going on, air care was calling my neighbor every day to get their job... I called Rostron and was advised a technician would be there between 9 and 10 that morning. But, at 8:10 Evan called and said he would there in 10 minutes. He arrived and proceeded to diagnose the problem with our older system. He spent some time working all aspects of the unit and discovered the problem was in the part of the system removing water from the humidifier. He was able to flush it and get us heat in a short amount of time. We were veery pleased with Evan's professionalism and dedication to correcting our problem.
