Bill visited our home to measure and go over the different options for replacing our countertops and sink. He was able to provide me with a quote that day which outlined the work that would be done. We were able to visit the showroom that weekend as they have convenient hours on Saturday. We were impressed by the number of slabs they had available in the showroom for us to look at. We instantly fell in love with one pattern of granite and Bill and crew worked with us to ensure that we received that specific slab and scheduled our installation. The day of, the two men (I feel terrible that I can't remember their names) were amazing! They were so friendly, walked us through the installation process and cleaned up along the way so my house wasn't covered in dust. In addition to the fabulous countertops, we received a large, high quality sink that put our last sink to shame. They also gave us the sink protector grates, a basket drain and a 'hot plate' from the remaining granite. We were not expecting these bonuses and are so happy with them! In addition they had the forethought to put a piece of wood above our dishwasher so that it could be properly secured into place again. I highly recommend Countertops by Superior! They well exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. Thank you so much!! (P.S. I'll add updated pics when my backsplash is done which will really make our countertops pop)

We had a few tile installers come out to give us quotes, but we ended up picking Jason because he was the only one who really took the time to listen to us and inform us of our options. We also really liked his humbleness whereas the other tile contractors came in with a cocky attitude and acted as if they already had the job. Jason was mindful of the fact that we were still unsure of which company we were going to go with to install our floor tiles and he was respectful of that. After we did pick him for the job, he maintained his professionalism throughout the entirety of the project. He was always very respectful and did an amazing job communicating with us during the duration of the project. Additionally, he was very accommodating to us and our schedules. Jason is very hardworking and his attention to detail is superb. We could not be happier with our new floor tiles. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for any kind of tile work. He is an expert in the field and someone who has years of experience working in it. You cannot go wrong with his knowledge, great customer service, affordable prices, and hard work. If you want quality work, excellent communication, and ease of mind, hire Build Pros. We originally wanted to have our microwave vented out (rather than circulating air and grease in the kitchen) and add a second banister to the stairs to the basement to make them more safe for our growing toddler. We were also considering having our spare basement bathroom remodeled. The bathroom really wasn't very functional because it was built in pieces (so the gross tiny stall shower wasn't even in the bathroom). That was a big job, and we wanted to get a quote for all three pieces. The first two jobs were too small on their own, so we hired Build Pros for all three. They were amazing to work with, and the work they did was the highest of quality. The team was extremely communicative, and we always knew when they were coming, what they were doing next, and what to expect. Their spreadsheet system made it really easy for everyone to keep track of what we had selected, costs, etc. They helped us a ton with design decisions, made recommendations when appropriate, and made sure we were happy with absolutely everything before moving forward. Our house stayed unbelievably clean, given the level of work they were doing, throughout the process. Mike and Rouben were fantastic at reimagining the layout of our bathroom, taking all of our priorities into consideration. John, their carpenter, is a master. We went way over budget, but a lot of that was my fault. I wanted a bathroom that was functional, but the more we talked and designed, the more I realized we actually could get a really *nice* bathroom that wasn't just functional, but high end. They did a bunch of other random things in the area too. We just were so happy with their work, and they were already there, so we asked them to fit in a few small things and they were awesome in getting those done too (adding a couple outlets in the adjacent home gym, replacing our outdoor water spigots, etc.). We are extremely happy with the final products. We even had a water problem shortly after they finished. They fixed it swiftly with no charge. It might have been a part issue or a labor issue, and so in the beginning it was unclear whether we were going to have to pay for repairs right away. I would have been very disappointed if they had charged us, and have all the more confidence in them since they fixed it and stood by the work and warranty. The only real negative was that sometimes when we had to make a decision, and the team gave us a quick "off the cuff" estimate about how much a few different options would cost, the estimate was really a fair amount lower than estimated. That contributed to some of our cost increase, but in the end I think we would have made the same decisions regardless. We're extremely happy with the final products. We even hired them again and they're starting work at my mother-in-laws house this week! I'm already dreaming of putting an addition on our house in the future, and we will hire them absolutely if/when we do this.

The crew, especially Armond, the Foreman was available on the job and answered and addressed concerns immediately, very responsive. Everyone on the crew was awesome, they completed the little "extra things" that I requested ("I tipped them at the end of course") Like touching up paint, caulking brick, and installing new GFI and electrical outlets, new light fixtures, etc.... They never said no and accommodated my every request! Amazing!!!!! They respected my home and cleaned up like they were never here! The sales guy, Andrew, is amazing! After cutting through the initial sales pitch, ( because I had about 9 companies already out to the house to give quotes), we got right to the nuts and bolts of the job. We negotiated a price and wrote up the contract and they started work in about a month or so from signing. Of course, July and August are the busiest times of year for this type of project, I completely understood the delay. After the final walk through and inspection, I had a garage door installed. We noticed a small area that was not covered with product and a small hole was present. I called Andrew and he came over personally and spent about 2 hours fixing the problem! This is not a company that when you see the taillights drive away from your driveway, they are nowhere to be seen again; they stand behind their work! Our home came came out beautiful!
